James, let's be honest. We love when you hit birdies, we love when you hit triple and quadruple. You are the most positive golfer on YT. That is why we all love your content. Last week I was playing with a random guy, and after the first hole he said: "Triple bogey on opening hole... No drama...". I looked at him, he looked at me, I asked "You watch James?" "YEAH!" And we started laughing like maniacs ;-)
What a comeback! I would have taken up fishing after the previous days 9 holes. I would have started my fishing with my golf bag also! Really like watching your channel!! Thanks for your efforts!
Getting back on the horse! You were fortunate to do that the next day. Sometimes we have to wait a week to banish the nightmare of the previous round. Well played James!
It was weird I couldn't get the +19 out of my head the night after that round. It was crazy to score the best I ever had the day after. Golf is indeed a funny old game! :)
Well done James. Sometimes you just hit a groove and nothing can go wrong. The most important distance in golf is the space between your ears. Keeping that calm shaves shots off a round.
It's a funny old game. It's why we come back day after day, week after week. Great round. Good explanation at the end as well, relax, patience, commit to each shot. 👌
Cheers mate. The first round I was rushing around playing quicker than normal without realising it. This round I would have taken a +7 but to get to Evs was amazing. Thanks for watching :)
Thanks for the great video and congratulations on the great round of golf!! Also the beard looks outstanding!!! I have been anxiously awaiting your next video and it was well worth the wait!! It was a fun video to watch and Carry On!!!...
Funny how the golf gods have a way of extending our life long membership, with a round that brings us back from the brink. Indeed a funny ol game....Nice putting display!
Fantastic! Well played James - I've never had level par over 9 anywhere and don't anticipate it ever. I'm going to watch the next posted video ( the previous day), now, with the schadenfreude dialled up a bit. Impressive beard too.
Chalk & Cheese 😂! Great to see this follow up from the previous day, well played and well deserved! Enjoy Thailand, wet and windy back here in the UK right now!
Cheers Mark. I wonder what those 2 caddies thought? The first one must have been thinking am I a beginner what am I doing with a camera? The 2nd one might have been thinking if few more putts dropped I could've threatened the course record! lol :)
Brilliant James. I'd watched your previous round before this one and it was great to see you come back strong. Playing on consecutive days can really make a difference, although I've only done it twice. Coincidentally, my handicap was 27 when yours was. And quite literally, my current handicap is 14.6, so you're like my pace setter, haha. I've only played 25 rounds in that time due to work and money, but well over 100 at the range on the virtual golf with toptracer. My original aim was an 18 handicap, and I got there with better clubs and a million hours of RUclips coaching videos. I think we have similar swings and needs in clubs. Let me tell you though, give a Ping G400 SFT a go, they're pretty damn cheap now and possibly the second most forgiving driver ever made (after the new one with the crazy £600 price tag). I am certain it would suit your swing, add even more accuracy and distance to your drives. Anyway, a pleasure to watch you play as always, many thanks.
Thanks for the tip I'll have to try it. Yeah, sometimes the swing is there and sometimes it isn't. Playing on consecutive days really improves my putting as seen in this round. Thanks for watching mate :)
Much smoother here from shot 1 so no surprises there. You could actually see a bit of tension in the drive. Amazing the number of times that happens when you are called through and you know someone is watching the shot. 🙄 Nice round James and a great watch. Happy days indeed! 🙂 Maybe part of it was getting used to the speed of the greens it's usually easier the second time round I think.
See James? Some days you eat the bear, some days the bear eats you. Any given day isn’t really the measure of your game. This was easy for you. Forget the other round.
James, let's be honest. We love when you hit birdies, we love when you hit triple and quadruple.

"What a difference a day makes,
24 little hours .."
Remember that?
Great comeback James!
That's golf
Been following you for ages - two rounds show like you say how funny golf is.
Well done on this 9
That’s the way to turn it around. Well done! 🍾
What a comeback! I would have taken up fishing after the previous days 9 holes. I would have started my fishing with my golf bag also! Really like watching your channel!! Thanks for your efforts!
Really pleased for you James , fabulous round after the low of the previous one
Amazing James. What a turnaround. Happy for you.
James, great comeback, putting was brilliant, congrats on the score 🎉
Love the simplicity of your swing. Great round!

Very true. Good shots lead to more good thoughts and then it snowballs into good scores :)
Really enjoyed watching you play the golf course in Thailand. Cheers from 🇨🇦.
Really great to see you enjoy the round after a difficult round. Looking forward to both 🇹🇭 and 🇬🇧 videos, just enjoy your golf

Glad you had a better day - good for you!
+19 to EVS. The game is played mostly between the ears! :)
Well played!
Excellent golf. Look forward to seeing more of your golf adventures in Thailand.
Plus some beautiful Welsh courses, later this year.
🍻
That just sums up golf! Well played
Excellent round James
I'd definitely have taken it at the start. If a couple more putts dropped I might have been -2 which is insane! :)
Even par, that’s awesome man!
Fantastic! Well played James - I've never had level par over 9 anywhere and don't anticipate it ever. I'm going to watch the next posted video ( the previous day), now, with the schadenfreude dialled up a bit. Impressive beard too.
Bet you're glad you didn't quit. Well played!👏
Welcome back
Well played, James.

I can top that mate playing off 18, front 9, 17 over, back 9, 1 over! Great golf mate
Wow that is a comeback! Mine was 24 hours later as I'd lost my head on the first round! :)
OUTSTANDING! You deserved that! Crazy game this golf.
Great job James.. Way to get your revenge.. I love any video when I hear "Happy Days"

Well done James..Sums up Golf perfectly.. I've always thought your iron play especially your short irons was a strength of your game
There you go, really very well played and you could see your swing was a lot more confident 👍
Night and day from the previous round. Golf's a funny old game indeed! :)
Well done!

Yeah, getting called through when you're not expecting can sometimes disrupt your rhythm. Thanks for watching :)
Much better bro,,well done😊
Well played James 👏👏👏
Cheers Peter, my best 9 hole stretch ever this one. Now just need to repeat it on a full course and then we will be cooking with gas! :)
You’ll be on tour soon!
James, my handicap is 5.1 and I shot a 94. I never gave up, I shot 78 the next round.
good on ya bud. 19 strokes difference. happy days :)
I also was laughing hard every time the music started to creep in on the holes that were going downhill on the last vid. so good. cheers from canada
Happy days!
Great score pal, that's what keeps us going....Great golf but not sure about the beard 😂
You in disguise ?
Cheers Simon, MI6 forced me to grow a beard to fit in with all the backpackers :)
As you say James, golf is a funny old game !
The game is played between the ears. I'm starting to understand that saying more now! hahah :)
What's that song, " what a difference a day makes " Well done James for not having brain gremlins from previous round.
Great scoring, good to see you shoot so low!
So for the 18 holes you played bogey golf. Very nice.
brilliant well done:) you could have had 4 on the bounce there:)
Flat stick was co-operating :)
Wow, way to bounce back James!
I hope you enjoyed a celebratory pint after. Good golf, mate.
Cheers, I had a few well earned whiskeys and they went down like a dream! :)
What a putt on the 15th!
Probably the best putt of my life. If I had 20 tries I still might not be able to make that one again! :)
Awesome
Who is this bearded man dropping everything
It was my turn :)
Keep playing ,some one said Just remember your best 3 shots on your round
I think that was Tommy Fleetwood. It's a great tip :)
Yes i think you r right T Fleetwood
Stick with it we all have bad days even pros.
See James? Some days you eat the bear, some days the bear eats you. Any given day isn’t really the measure of your game. This was easy for you. Forget the other round.
I'm playing more than normal now and using the other round as motivation to practice more :)
👏👏👏👏👏👏
Beardo!
Golf. The ideal sport for schizophreniacs...
