  • Power Automate is a Microsoft 365 service that helps you automate tasks across your applications and services. With Power Automate, you can copy documents from SharePoint to Azure using an Azure blob storage connector. The first step is to create an Azure blob storage account. Next, you will need to create a container in the blob storage account. Once the container is created, you can add a connection in Power Automate to the Azure blob storage account. Finally, you can create a flow that copies the documents from SharePoint to Azure. The beauty of using Power Automate is that it can be automated so that the documents are copied on a schedule that you specify. This allows you to keep your Azure storage up-to-date without having to remember to manually copy the files over.

Hi, is there a way that instead of copy the created document it will move the file to Azure Blob and just leave the reference on the sharepoint side? This to have the storage be in Azure and not in Sharepoint. Becuase if I use this flow, it will use storage on sharepoint and also Azure Blob, right?

You can create a CSV file via flow to store metadata in Azure Blob.
