- Power Automate is a Microsoft 365 service that helps you automate tasks across your applications and services. With Power Automate, you can copy documents from SharePoint to Azure using an Azure blob storage connector. The first step is to create an Azure blob storage account. Next, you will need to create a container in the blob storage account. Once the container is created, you can add a connection in Power Automate to the Azure blob storage account. Finally, you can create a flow that copies the documents from SharePoint to Azure. The beauty of using Power Automate is that it can be automated so that the documents are copied on a schedule that you specify. This allows you to keep your Azure storage up-to-date without having to remember to manually copy the files over.

Hi, is there a way that instead of copy the created document it will move the file to Azure Blob and just leave the reference on the sharepoint side? This to have the storage be in Azure and not in Sharepoint. Becuase if I use this flow, it will use storage on sharepoint and also Azure Blob, right?
Is there any way to copy a folder/subfolder and all its files to azure blob storage, so we can maintain file structures?
Will it copy if there is update in the file in share point?
How do we copy files from Azure Blob storage to Sharepoint?
Is the process similar if you want to copy SPO files that are attachments in a List?

How large those files are.
Can we also copy the meta data of the documents (custom column information) from Sharepoint to Azure blob storage ?
You can create a CSV file via flow to store metadata in Azure Blob.
@@KeaPointTechTips Thanks for the response . In Blob Storage there is Blob Index Tags can we update them using MS Flow ? or Using CSV is the only way out ?
is there a limitation on file size that can be migrated?
Check the file side limit on your Office 365 tenant. By default it is 250 GB
@@KeaPointTechTips Hi! Two more question) Is there a possibility to change the limit and is there a possibility to migrate files between two sharepoints in different Tenants?
