How do you expect to win against Amazon with less than 1% of its workforce striking? Looks like the Teamsters screwed the pooch with their fellow members lol.
Why are they playing Christmas music when we all know that they will be unemployed on new years eve and picking means that they don't get any assistance from the state.
@@Prxyshj it's called a cost of living wage. With the rasing of groceries and rent and an abundance of others things, everyone should be asking for a change to live a fair life, not sit there and take it, and have less and less. Others that get paid less in warehouse jobs should be asking for a fair wage as well, compared to the cost of living. This is why companies take advantage because the mindset of dismissive and naive outlooks to the rights of others. As long as it doesn't effect them. No compassion.
@@zakglove6536go do those jobs for at least 10 years pal, let me know how you feel about it then. Pretty easy to be dismissive when you haven't worked in those boots. And if you've done Physical labor more then 20 years where's your darn compassion? For what they do....? Physical labour is a lot harder then it's ever given credit for. Most people are broken by the time thier 40. I work in the automotive industry and I watch men and women walk in work and out of work, broken from thier jobs. Most men after retiring die within a few years. But yeah for what they do. Smh. Edit: spelling
I worked for Amazon for close to 5 years. Most positions are unskilled labor. Amazon does pay pretty descent and give good health for unskilled work. I'm all for employees getting more money, but unskilled labor is easily replaceable, and this is a losing battle for the teamsters.
Sounds like you still work for them. It's basically slave labor with timed bathroom breaks and all of the other horrible things everyone (except you) are talking about
human compassion and fair pay for all. Saying unskilled for physical labour shows how out of touch some people are are. There's a lot of skill and effort that goes into physical labor. It also takes a toll on your body and is needed just as much as someone on a computer or delagating. It's a team effort that makes the company rich.

We support the workers! Amazon can afford to pay its workers a fair wage. The time for corporate greed is ending.
What’s a fair wage? Aren’t they paid a lot more than other warehouse jobs
They are paid pretty well for what they do. This will just incentivize Amazon to automate more of their operations.
@@zakglove6536automation is an abomination more jobs will be cut. Stop being a bootlicker!

That’s why my package from IL got lost
My Amazon packages got delivered on time.
I support but a very quick google search will tell you that retail is not Amazon's main source of income 😢
I seen em out yesterday
They are very replaceable lol

Better working conditions are worth striking for. Skilled or unskilled, human decency is a must.

100% pay increases
For what unskilled labor?
You must work to get paid. Just ask Kawhi Leonard or Joel Embiid.
