Hey Russell, I hear you about the motivation. All sorts of stuff I needed to do around the house this past Wednesday when it was so sunny and warm, and I ended up driving to a park on a lake and spent two hours just dangling my feet in the water off the dock and watching the sun sparkle on the water and slowly move across the sky...

Awesome pictures taken from the telescope , The tree colors around the cabin are spectacular in their glory of variouse colours what a great side to wake up to. Ray is going to have an awesome veiw of the tree lined hill's around his new home look's like it shall be a great size at that. nice captures of the wildlife around the cabin the deer are so pretty. Getting those beautiful fall colors. Were finally dropping into the 40s tonight here in southeast Tennessee. I haven't been up to Cades Cove yet to see the trees. But, losing leaves like crazy at my little farm. Hey, can you tell us more about these pre fab houses? Im with you, I know i wouldn't have fun doing that part of the house, but, i know its an important step. Have a great fall and i look forward to the next video.

I think winter comes too soon and Autumn is too short. Ray the man, can't wait to see the progress of his house, if he lets you lol 😂 I have also been suffering a lot of lack of motivation in the past four or five months. Oh my, the food. Yes yes! It's like a very fancy rolled fish pot pie (kinda like chicken pot pie, which I used to make for my husband decades ago when he was still with me. Including home made pie crust for it.) Yours looks very healthy as well. Hopefully found all the little bones. Those are scary. Another fun vid. Thanks! Forgot to mention. The moon at this distance and type of shot always reminds me of a cantaloupe... until you see the second stem. lol
Great video, I think you need that small bobcat to fix up your trail to and from your house. Just rent one for 2 days or more if needed

Russ... Don't flood the rear fan with the baking paper. It will stop the fan's ability to circulate the other part of the oven which is the mechanism for the FAN FORCED part. Why you not risten!!

I think we had our first frost or out n out freeze last night at 32 F or zero for your scale. Our trees aren't quite as brilliant a species here, but I have one that gets orangey yellow right outside my front window. It's still green, but will be starting soon.
So lessee, sweet peppers, zucchini and mushrooms sautéed up, throw in the honey Dijon mayo, cream cheese and parm, then wrap it up with the salmon in a neat lil puff pastry package and bake, gotcha. That sounds awfully tasty. I'm not the lucky possessor of salmon, but I do have mahi mahi, wonder if that would be any good? In the mash were carrots and sweet potato, was that a regular potato? It looked quite large, but suppose it could be.
Ray is so darn busy he doesn't have time to cuss the cat, but he always seems to be enjoying it, eh? I'm sure he's glad to have some reinforcement other than dirt.

Walking as you get older is good for the heart but you won’t loose any weight doing it. So my doctor told me.
It’s nice to be alone in the bush but becoming a hermit is not good for your self esteem so please get yourself more motivated or your body will become tied and then depression will set in.
Working around your property is what you have to push yourself to do every day now or winter will set in and you know how hard it is to get anything done when everything around you is frozen.
The inside of your house looks great, so please see that it is time to get the outside and your trail fixed up before winter.
Please please look after yourself and find the mojo to get to work outside. You are the only one out there to do it.

So, was that a bear on camera or willows nose, not sure. We dont have bears over here but I imagine they would pop up in Canada anywhere anytime 💩 Im in the land of Oz down under. We have big bad snakes, funnel web spiders and sharks. All totall ok compared to bears. Re your weight. Only thing that worked for me was giving up the booze and carbs...good luck 😱😱
You need to get motivated and fix your trail and clean up around cabin. Don't you get tired of getting stuck. Take pride in yourself. You can do it.

So Russell are there no snakes in Canada. I never hear about snakes. I had copperhead s snakes in my green peppers this year. But no snakes in Canada.
I see gardner snakes daily. They're so common they're not worth mentioning. We also see water snakes near the dams.

Unfortunately that one is a light. It sometimes scares the animals away. My other cam is a Bushnell and does the NV.

Dug footings as a kid for a1960 family house. grandfather who built a number of his homes, told me they dug the basements and foundation by hand when he was a kid, e.g 1905.
We talked about that. It's amazing how much work an excavator can get done.

Also, meant to ask, have you had your thyroid checked? Have them do the extensive tests that tells all. Sometimes losing weight is a thyroid problem and can interfere with your heart.
