Personally none of these really creeped me out but even though I’ve only seen clips of the movie I would’ve included the Grabber’s mask from the Black Phone at the very least as an honorable mention because it was freaky especially with all of the interchangeable parts.

No Grabber mask from The Black Phone? That mask was pretty sadistic looking with its devil horns, scowling eyes and intimidatingly wide grin (as part of an interchangeable mouthpiece).
Leatherface, Jason, Ghostface, and Michael Myers likely have the most famous masks, and that reason alone is enough not to get too attached to any of them.

The Dr. From Nightbreed should have been higher but # 10 and 4 down are epic. Jason is my fave, but Dr. Decker's mask is legit top tier. Used to scare the fuck out of me. Also, Harry Warden. Say his name! Great list peeps
I saw this one cheap indie horror movie (at least I think it was an indie horror movie) called "S.I.C.K. - Serial Insane Clown Killer". While the movie rely wasn't that good, it had an excellent creepy clown mask. Also, what about the rabbit mask from Donnie Darko?
I would have put Michael's mask as number one. WatchMojo got it wrong if you ask me. Michael's mask is objectively *far* creepier than Jason's generic Hockey mask from the 70s.That Pale white emotionless face with black eyes is way more unsettling.

Personally, I think Michael's mask is more iconic than Jason's. For one, Michael's came first and stayed consistent. Whereas Jason’s didn't appear until Part 3. Plus, Michael's being a souless void is much more scary. Jason’s is pretty good.
Before I watch u will make my guess for top 3 3. Ghost Face/Leather Face could not decide. 2. Jason’s Hockey mask, reason being we don’t even associate old hockey masks with hockey but with him. 1. Michael Myers mask, wouldn’t have this list to begin with if it wasn’t for that one.
Y'all got #1 and #2 backwards, without Michael there would be no Jason. A hockey mask while in this incarnation is frightening it is not quite as terrifying as the OG Myers mask. Plus while both are iconic the Myers mask is there from the beginning while Jason takes 2 films (if you count the jump scare at the end of the first 3) to come across Shelly's mask.
I just saw some Spectre Miniatures figures wearing Ghostface, Leatherface, Michael Myers & Jason masks, no wonder these four characters have the top four masks Scooby Doo & the gang would never want to unmask.
All of these deserved their spots, but a good honorable mention would be "The Other" from Hellfest. That mask is unnerving and gives off an all around creepy vibe.

Tourist Trap is great. Thinking it’s a generic slasher or clone solidifies my suspicion that you’ve never actually watched the film. Phantom of the Paradise is my favorite De Palma flick and it predates the movie Rocky Horror Picture Show.
