both my daughter and i have long thick natural hair so that big tresemme bottle comes clutch i love that some of them don't have silicones i would recommend the one with no silicones for those who get product build up easily or low porosity hair the one im using is the botanique nourish coconut milk and aloe my hair be smelling good for days and the slip is amazing
