the dynamic between the two actress really made this episode entertaining, I haven't felt the need to skip through parts like I usually do when I watch battle trip- and all the food and pricing were so tempting, the younger counterpart really did well in her research!

I think it helps that both countries have some historical similarities in partition, colonial rule, dealing with their neighbor China, etc. Also, while South Korea might not wish to be unified under North Korea's banner, there is probably some interest in Vietnam by Koreans because the North and South were united and so it is maybe a bit of a peek into a unified future Korea.
1:07:38 they might got misinformed but that dish is definitely NOT Bún Chả. Bún Chả is supposed to have a kind of meat sausage. This one shown here looks like beef slices so it’s actually Bún Thịt Nướng (Rice Noodles with Grilled Meat).
actually Nha Trang is one of the well-known vacation spots in Vietnam :)) not like she said that it's not. In fact, Nha Trang is famous for vacation since earlier than Da Nang. And at Nha Trang, you will see Russian in taxi or menu, because there were many Russia people lived there.

And u r not correct, there are food is more than $1. And NhaTrang beach is a very famous beach. It's in top 23 the most beautiful beaches on the world.

In vietnam you should go To Vinpearl land it's in Nha Trang too, they have waterpark there, Sky drop, roller coaster and many different rides

I saw both ladies, when they ate a good dish is called by Vietnamese people there : Bun Cha , maybe everywhere everywhere else , they don't call this dish just like that restaurant called. As my nice memories when I was a small boy, was heard from my Grandmother, she called this dish was Bun Bo Xao which means "Fried Beef Noodles". I was 8 years old, but I am 54 years old now.

That fried beef noodles , almost the vietname people call is Bun Bo Xao. Yes, when I saw the Video in RUclips , i would like to see both ladies, they didn't know how good dish to eat and I heard People in TV show talked about it wrong, so I must to share something I have ever know this.

That was not Bun' Cha~. It was Bun' Bo- Xao- with onion (Stir fried/saute'ed beef slices with onions) served with rice noodles, fresh herbs & vegetables accompanied with fish sauce, which was meant to be poured into the bowl; then, you were supposed to stir these mixtures up and eaten.

I have a hard time differentiating the two. The ingredients are so similar
it has similar ingredients but the key difference is dipping the noodles and cha to the sauce rather than putting in fish sauce in your bun thit nuong.

This comment is a year ago, but eh! Vietnamese rice paper comes in varieties. You’re probably used the one that needs to be dipped in water to soften, which is the most common one. The one they’re eating is a much much more thinner version. So while the regular one takes some time to soften. The one they’re eating will instantly soften and becomes soggy if it comes in contact with any liquid substant. That why it’s best eaten them dry so that when the rice paper enters your mouth. The saliva will instantly soften it.
Every time I hear the Bourne Identity song Extreme Ways, I picture Yu Jae Seok in Running Man with his little water gun. I'm really tempted to go to Vietnam just to taste that stir-fried corn with shrimps. Park Jungsoo is a good travel companion; open to try new food and activities. She reminds me of my mom who hates it when I bargain with the locals in our travels

I have 1 idea how to eat Vietnamese food ....
1- if the rice white noodle ( BUN ) in side the Bowl .... we put some Fish Sauce in side the Bowl of Bun ..and mix up and eat it.
2- if the ( BUN ) not in side the Bowl ... Bun on the plate ... that is one ...May be wrapped in Rice Paper / Lettuce .....all deep in side the Fish Sauces.
Also if the Bun on the plate and small Bowl out side.... this is way. Put the Bun in side small bowl and add veg and meat then put a litter Fish sauce in small bowl. ,,,, and eat ....
