Great recipe! I have some of these in the oven, right now. I used about 2 less tablespoons of brown sugar and added chopped walnuts. The batter was delicious! :)
I am making these today, they look delicious! I live alone and am going to cut the recipe in half. I hope this works because the amount of sugar seems lower then other recipes I’ve seen. 🤔😊

I like that it uses a whole can of pumpkin. I just used a recipe where only half was needed and it still called for 12 muffins.
