I would’ve left it with the tree trunk up and a glass top or clear epoxy on top. It would’ve given the impression of a tree growing out of the floor very whimsical.
The green epoxy just hid away all the intricate and mystic network. Would have been better to use absolute clear transparent epoxy like the first layer
Yep. Pity the green does appear to have become opaque and hide the beautiful depth and textures. Probably why she looks so sad/disappointed in the last shots. This might be another point the video is trying to make.
I find both versions beautiful The original clear resin left for an intricate and natural look The emerald green made it more whimsical, introducing a different type of beauty to the table Both look great, is what I'm trying to say, and that people should just... let the artists do as they please
Can you imagine screwing up the resin process and realizing you'll have to find another incredible stump w/petrified roots? Maybe they're not petrified roots? IDK, but it's gorgeous. I think it would have looked incredible if they left it right side up and added a top of glass or other resin artwork. The roots are just too impeccable to hide.
The Epoxy actually permanently Preserved the Intricacies of the Roots.. can you imagine trying to Dust or Polish all of that, or to try to keep it Mold Free??
Thats petrified wood! Its a beauty on its own I thought there were going to emeralds inlaid as if it were fruit ior leaves by the name of the video...but I liked the clear resin better and painting the gaps/roots before turning it over to pour the resin wouldve been better. Prep work was awesome guys 😁👍
The green took away the beauty of the wood, should have left it clear color.
Yeah
Agree
A tree isn't complete without a bit of green.
I wish they "wood have" a better view of the top with the green. Hello.........
@@TheGamersRace It isn't a tree. It is the roots. Roots are not green, leaves are green, but not always.
I agree the clear is all it needed. Beautiful work though!!!

Hey then get ur own
That was my thought exactly.
It already was so beautiful and they hid it all
That would look nice, though it would make pulling a chair up underneath it harder.

Do you think chairs could still be used with it other way like you suggested?!

I would have done a round glass top it the epoxy took away the beauty in my opinion
And if the glass breaks it's fudged
Yup
@@Nobody-dc8dp no you just get new glass
Yess.. i was also thinking of the same thing.
It’s also going to yellow & lose it’s clarity in a couple years.
By just putting a glass on top of it would’ve look beautiful, but nope, they ruined it
Lol i agree. It could be just a glass.
Strongly agree

Mm

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 *I just prefere the original colors. But it's a wonderful work.*
Such a beautiful wood and it's made ugly royally. It should had a clear glass top and no epoxy at all.
Wood should have been glossed

That is absolutely the coolest table I have ever seen in my life!
That was a beautiful piece! A round glass top would have given more justice to its beauty!
Yes! Simple and elegant.

Epoxy itself give transparent look like glass, that's why no need of glass top.
What a magnificent root system! So truly beautiful!

The clear look way better ! Natural color wood is beautiful!
Top of the table in its original colour will look more attractive I guess, love from Pakistan 🇵🇰
Beautiful piece of wood to begin with! I love the care, and detail of this very functional art.
Best coffee table
Is it just me or i find it actually beautiful. I know it hides the beautiful network but it gives me the feeling of the ocean for some reason
Yeah, I felt that too
I think it's beautiful both ways...both natural & polished with the resin added!!
So unbelievably AWESOME.
The green ruined the beauty of the whole thing!💯🤯

Amazing idea, green colour at the top is making the dead tree top alive, it is giving the dried wood a refreshing look. Thanks for sharing.
Gorgeous
Exceptional, really want one. I can just imagine that at my house. Gorgeous
I was thinking the same but clear not green
Hi
That is beautiful!!! Love it!!

I love the green you put on it and of course Green is my favorite color
Wow. How to make something beautiful look tacky in hours ! Thanks.
That root is gorgeous!!
Beautiful roots system on that stump! I wonder if my sycamore would look like that🤔.
That's GORGEOUS 😍
I wonder how stable it is. I imagine the resin makes it top heavy.

This Is by Far such a beautiful piece I’m impressed.🥰
Liked it better before the green . great work
That was such a colossal waste
It is a masterpiece! The source material was amazing!👌👍
Absolutely lovely!
I would like to have one!
Cheers from Sweden! 🇸🇪
🤩💖💖💖👍
Leave the green out. That covers up the natural beauty of the wood. Sometimes the least, is MORE!
I would Absolutely LOVE a table like this
I would of clear filled it then sanded down the epoxy to expose more wood. This just looks like old lady lawn art now. Ruined it
Oooh I love it. Beautiful. 👍
Wow what a brilliant creation....i love this artistree...
I think it's stunning. Express your creativity for you. If others don't like it, they can do it their way.
