Sad thing is that “Bali” ang always na kinecredit pag may wooden, bamboo and nipa materials . Di ko gets bat ganon. this house looks so Filipino to me than Bali . Always nalang pag tropical vibes , Bali agad nilalagay nila . its time to Market Philippines bahay kubo than bali . just like other beach houses puru nalang “bali” inspired. nawawalan na ng identity ang Pilipinas .

@@jg3068 this is what I meant, in my earlier comment here...they should build this in Bali.. as they always bring up Bali lol

Foreigners aren't supposed to "own" lands in the Philippines. The government should start investigating these.

puru nalang “Bali vibes “ when in fact the style of bali looks like a Filipino Bahay Kubo . Naging copycat nalang ang Pilipinas kasi pag tropical vibes “BALI” agad . We also have Woods, Bamboo, and Nipa ceiling . Sana matuto din mga architect and interior designer na i market din ang Philippines . puru nalang bali bali bali . nakakkasawa

Tumpak ka dyan kabayan. May sarili tayong native house which is the " Bahay Kubo" na syang dapat prinopromote ng mga architects. Patronize our own kumbaga..

Snippet: It looks like a bachelor's retreat villa with quaint designed. Does it have a city water/sewage connection? The area appears remote and hidden from a larger community and wondering if it has city standards. Great work! be blessed. sept2024
