I found your page with your videos of the hurricane and how you stepped up and helped so many. I admire your dedication and seeing your passion especially with your family. I had to subscribe and start watching all your videos. I live in GA I am homebound due to multiple health issues. What a crazy situation you have going on with this boat. Your dad is awesome. The amount of pressure he had on his shoulders to get this boat delivered. Now, let’s roll part 2 Timmy!!
If the boats functional, why not hire a captain to move the boat via water. My son has transported 65’ yachts from Boston to Ft Myers Fl and delivered a yacht from Ft Lauderdale to RI. Obviously the owner wanted to avoid land transport.. so I’m guessing this boat isn’t sea worthy ? 🤔 My question was answered when the trooper asked you the same question.
Boy I got excited for you Tim. I hate those scales and pickle park but when it comes to oversized loads in Connecticut it’s the best parking area with plenty of room. Your dad is a straight up Boss calm cool and collected. You too of course. I appreciate the videos y’all put out. Keep up the good work.
I live on the PA/NJ/NY line right off of Route 84, you’re not kidding about the potholes in NY. They’re better than they were 25 years ago though, my dad used to haul a car carrier up 84 and as a kid I remember the expansion joints were so bad they’d max out the seat suspension every few seconds for 45 minutes straight.
That’s a WHOLE lot of TIME on the intercostal in 5 mph zones and keeping up on all the areas that have developed Shoals from lack of dredging yeah, maintenance
Whites crossing on Parks highway had frost heaves form so high that vehicles would bottom out and saw a dozer get bounced off the trailer, snapped the chains, then saw another truck get the front axle snapped the heave's were right in the middle of a curve , worst up there was 1 commercial vehicle inspector, as he would write violations if you had snow covering any light or plate, it is ALASKA in the winter you will have snow on lights/plates within a mile.
That was a "Level 7" inspection. Not even close to a Level 1. Level 7 is a jurisdictional mandated commercial vehicle inspection as per Connecticut state permit regulation.
Congrats you guys, I've slowly been inching my way Into this market, I've been wanting todo aircraft transport aswell. Glad yall are safe and having fun with it. Be safe, you need anything here in Florida give me a shout.

As a long time boater I am often asked about trucking a boat across the U.S.. From East Coast to West Coast or reverse. Leaving the Pacific or Atlantic for the other. I tell them unless it is important for time schedule and you do not care about cost, expect ten thousand and up, no upper limit. Some are so tall power lines need to be moved. I am happy for you to show everybody how much fun it is. I will be sharing your videos in the future as the question comes up.
I just started watching y'all and I 100% support y'all. I honestly used to be scared to drive on the highway because of the semi's but now I don't mind to drive on the highways and give the truckers the rm they need and even times I have slowed down to a slower speed to even let a truck over... And last night I also watched the cash days one and man, I love your mustang and it makes me miss mine lol but good race buddy. 🙏🏼🤘🏼
Why didn't he just have someone pilot the damn boat all the way around It would have been a 3-day trip😂 there's the captain of the boat and then there's the pilot that oversees the boat through every harbor or surrounding areas close to the land so I don't understand why not just hire somebody to pilot the damn boat all the way through all the way around would have been way easier same price to do it but it would have been done faster having someone operating all night and then all day behind the helm of the boat I mean probably within two days you would have had it to where it needed to go
I think you are confusing a large commercial vessel with this small private boat. There are no "pilots" needed for "harbors or surrounding areas". You hire a delivery captain and he/ she will stipulate the crew needed for the voyage.
That little boat would get its butt kicked in open water. Wear and tear on the vessel, hours on the engines. You've got to pay the captain and the cost of fuel. And if you have a failure out there and end up in a harbor for repairs, you still pay the captain every single day. Far less risk moving these by truck.
Hey Tim, love your trucking content. Always look forward to your next one. Saw you and Rooster pulling a boat on I-95 the other day in SC. Beautiful rig ! I have maybe a little suggestion.... Jeff Barron and his daughter Hannah Barron both have very excellent successful hunting, fishing, cooking, etc. channels in Alabama. Good ole down south hard working country folks like yourself. They both end with "appreciate ya all" instead of "love you" That just sounds better.

I highly suggest that yall start actually getting out of the driver's seat and actually doing a really good pre trip on your equipment.... for more information go to their website and check it out..
Transporting that boat to Connecticut from Florida over land was stupid. I could have transported that boat over water in less time and for far less cost. I have moved many boats from one coast to another over water when I was younger. I would charge around $10,000 + fuel for a Florida to Connecticut trip. Taking it via water requires zero disassembly. It only takes one person to move the boat over water.
Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of owning a trucking company and posting youtube videos of hauling a boat? I'm sure Tim doesn't care if it's cheaper by water.

Twenty years ago I worked for a C-store construction company. We took on a large contract to refurbish 12 stores in NY. The unions gave us so much hell about what we could and could not do, and who could do it, that we took a hit and came back after doing only 8 stores. What seems like common sense in the south is an effing nightmare up there.
Wow they're pretty law-and-order up there in the Northeast. I've moved some buildings here in Texas , most of the time they don't require any escort, and if they do it's rarely a police escort. The only time I remember seeing people having a police escort is when they were literally moving an entire house that took up the whole highway. That being said an escort vehicle is actually nice to have , I always had one even when not required , to help manage traffic etc.
Is it just me or did anyone else miss a video somewhere. I watched the first two on here, then another on on FSC channel. He said he escorted them all the way to G&S yard. But they didn’t make it that far that I ever saw. Next video with him, he was working with them moving trucks around and such and you see Bonnie hooked up to the boat at their yard.
