Casuals ?? 😂 you sound like a clown. How is clenching and running the whole fight a masterclass, and yes running not defense. This dude mayweather everytime he was backed into a corner all he did was clench because he had no option. I have never seen a sport where your job is literally to destroy the other opponent and knock them out. Instead we glaze this dude for jabbing for points and then ducking and running when he is faced head on in the ring. We literally slam the NFL for making football soft but when its comes to mayweather for fighting like a little girl we call him the best of all time. I’ll give mayweather this - as a boxer he has probably the greatest defense of all time. In terms of offense, grit, dog mentality. He has none of that because this dude has spent too many fights jabbing and running there is no way in hell i could call this dude the greatest boxer.

Floyd used more movement in this fight than others and what he should have because of respect for how dangerous Manny was. However, floyd fought most his career in the pocket and was ruthless at lightweight. Also, running around the ring dont stop fighters like Pac and Canelo from throwing punches like normal. That is the clean punches coming back at them.

It is though, Mayweather is a defensive fighter, and with Manny being past his prime, he doesn't feel as comfortable as he would have going after Mayweather.
It's not a bad fight, it's just not what it should have been...
