Obviously the right to silence has risk... Right if silence doesn't apply in the streets... You appear in court and excecise that right... "Angiyi lapho" is not right to remain silent... is total disregard of the law and courts...
Unfortunately, the very same person was wrongfully advised by the so called " legal eagles" to remain silent. That then led to his precarious situation and the current situation is self made.

Mr Zuma was in defiance of the court and abused the legal process. He now expects the Concourt to find in his favour.

What was the main objective of the State capture commission? If we say it was to tackle corruption in SA, then why was is only aim for Zuma's tenure? Again when i look back to the arms deal, why was it aim at zuma since he was not part of the national government which was incharge of it?
