Pausing to contemplate has been life changing. Today I was met by a buzzard and a dragonfly by the lake whilst drinking tea. Thank you 🙏

In Vipassana you sit for an hour per sit and in an interview when asked why an hour, Goinka the teacher says that it is because you have to sit through the storm. Once you have done a 10 day Vipassana course and once you start to sit these hour sits you realise that this is true and needed.

agreed, And while it can be disturbing at first when you are faced with just your mind as it goes free , free to be crazy... if you practice for a while, could be months or years even, if you little by little stop reacting to your thoughts and fears, situations and others' behaviors. You just embrace everything. especially the negative and let them pass by.
eventually the disturbing and nasty thoughts start to become less frequentt. Eventually then you notice them but no longer react to them and get disturbed by them. Soon you barely notice them, and I'm not here yet, but I'm keeping practicing and my guess is that eventually they stop completely.
It's as if ur crazy mind realizes it's not getting attention , and eventually it stops trying.

An intuitive guide ben doing the last year and a half of a toxic relationship I healed in . My partner would silent treatment me and I had to go in to manage my raging emotions of neglect, rejection and abandonment. I was able to transmute so much of the things I went thru… so so healing had no idea this was called Vipasaana. Now I’m grateful to my ex for this experience. ❤

Hi! Genekeys is a amazing and inspiring work. Your meditations are fascinating. The silence of being is vast and infinite. This mind is almost permenent quiet on the present. Its amazing listen the breathing every second of the day. This body is strong and healthy with marcial arts, good food and sleep. This life is amazing. Love ♥️

You describe so well how my process is too. The visual network, the awe, the emotions. But I don't have a ritual around it. My mind is in that state several times a day, especially when I do menial tasks like cooking, eating, walking. But also while reading.

This is so beautiful, Richard. I feel myself attuning to the quality of this awareness as you speak.
I also experience this a lot while hanging out with our 6 months old daughter. We spend long stretches of time in wordless eye gazing and just being together.
And yes, it feels like home. 🤍🤍🤍
