6:13 view of the chute looking like a scene from lion king 😮 rocks everywhere. Glad to see you and Steph climbing up to get that Birds Eye view of Mountains…FOR DAYS!
Thank you so much, I really appreciate it. I'm trying to make it about the experience and the mountains, not about me me me. I did some great climbing this spring and summer, I hope to have a Yosemite video at the end of Sept and then some more in Nov-Dec. Keep it locked and I am grateful for your support.
I did this early august 2022, which was a massive snow year. I did Cloudripper in early July this year and there was hardly any snow, its ripe for the taking if you want it.
How does this hike's scrambling campare to your top 7 list for beginners? ruclips.net/video/qf1ZDyJOnOI/видео.html My guess would be between Cloudripper and Mount Starr. Also, can you share what ice axe and crampons you use?
Thanks for asking, I have been wrestling with this question as I was editing. I would put it between Starr and Cloudripper. More class 2 than Starr by alot, but nothing with any consequence. This was about a 2 hour longer day than Cloudripper for me, so its serious, but dying would be hard. I hope to put out an updated that scrambler video sometime this year, I hope you can get a chance to check it out when it happens.
Another fun hike with spectacular views on the summit. Thanks to you both for taking your fans along on this hike, I loved it!
You are very welcome, I hope you get a chance to get out sometime and experience these places for yourself!!
