    First time I heard of Robbie was also with Millenium on the radio..I never heard of Take that till a few years ago and I also love them. Robbie will always be my favorite though..I'm also from the U.S.

    I live in the US and the opposite happened for me. When I heard "Millenium" I loved Robbie immediately- he has an amazing voice. The only Take That song they played on the radio was "Back for Good" and when someone said "That's the band Robbie Williams was in" that's when I heard of them and ordered their greatest hits and "Nobody else" CDs.

    Gosh... I was so young when they split and I remember clearly that it was the worst day of my life at the time... and now these images are still giving me shivers down my spine....

    The scenes of the inconsolable fans after they announced their split is both the most sad and hilarious thing I've ever seen.

    Go to see Take that Interview (2009), Jason say that Robbie was, for him a heroe, a brave. He was the only one to rebel of the way the band was being treated, perhaps even "used" by managment, despite he was the more youth.

    Think,R was a rebell@that time,and maybe he still is.He's done what he thought was good for him.He is still looking for his real personality,he doesn't really know,who he is.I think,he needs a woman beside him.He has no goals,apart from his carreer. He needs to fall in love.Love solves all the problems.If ur in love,ur happy.Money doesn't make u happy (sadly)! Hold on rob,find urself and be happy!U deserve it!And i wish the same good stuff for the rest of TT as well!Good 2 have u back!Love ya!!!

    To a certain extent Nigel done a great job of picking 5 great lads from manchester - However!!!.. i think he wanted to make a boyband and done it not the right way. maybe back then Jason and Howard was shy but if he had some faith and passion to be a proper maneger he would and should of pushed them but because i think and i do HONESTLY think he only picked jason because jason was gourgeous and because he was a good dancer . looking at back in 2007/8 when jason sang his first solo (Wooden boat)as a huge fan of take that especially jason im am immensely proud because of back in the day it was as like someone just put him in the back ground and a background dancer and singer. i really hope that Nigel Martin Smith is kicking himself right now and say omg he is amazing because Jay has come on leaps and bounds and im so happy for Take That to have come back because there incredible. ~ Once a take that fan... Always a take that fan

      and if nigal had cared about robbie and the rest of the lads , they wouldnt have put them all in the bad situation that he put them in.. ps i love how LuLu said the fans were like disciple lol

    No me gusta que digan que solamente ALGUNOS aportaron en la banda, eso no es cierto, si llegaron donde llegaron fué por el esfuerzo de todos, obviamente no de Nigel, el solo quería dinero.

    Robbie wanted Nigel to love him ???
    A managers job is to make the band a success, not give members of the band a cuddle.

    geez Robbie and Nigel what a messed up relationship that is. Such bitterness, how sad

  • @clewbe
    @clewbe 15 лет назад

    i know what robbie means... but i dont agree.
    i think howard, robbie, mark and jason mostly owe their succes down to gary, not nigel!
    all nigel did was get them recognised. gary was the biggest part of take that 'first time round' as they say, take that in the 90's.
    im glad robbies grown up since this interivew

    Robbie comes across really badly in this documentary. I wouldn't have welcomed him back with open arms if he'd said all those things about me. Still, I'm going to see the 5-piece TT next summer!

    • @startracker5895
      @startracker5895 4 года назад +3

      Fionnuala Cullen why does he come across badly? He criticises Nigel and Gary for their behaviour during the band because he thinks they treated him badly. Nobody knows what went on but them. We shouldn’t judge Robbie for his bitterness. He could rightly have beef with them. Gary admits that he wasn’t easy to work with and took control of the band. But at least him and Robbie have made up now.
