    Heard Jeffrey Kahane as soloist and conductor of Santa Rosa Symphony. This what's his encore. Not a dry eye in the concert hall.❤

    Thank you for posting this! I got to hear him play this in 2016 when he & Gabriel performed in Denver with the CSO & I've been trying to find a recording of it ever since!
