Hey Ryan, truly appreciate all your tutorial's, I’m still learning Davinci and your channel was one of the 1st one’s I checked, been a subscriber ever since. Ryan, I seen this real cool effect that was done in AE and I was hoping that you could do a tutorial for how to do it in Davinci. Thanks
Such awesome tips. The instance node is something I'm going to be using moving forward. I've gone through the painstaking task of publishing/connecting values in the past. This is much easier!
Loving these tutorials and really helping transition over from Premiere, have had to switch to DaVinci due to how unstable Premiere is and the difference is night and day
just found your channel and im super greatful for it. Im new to the entire creatvie process but kind of knew that I would like the video/editing side of the spectrum more so than anything thing else. ANd I guess what I'm trying to get at is, thank you for showing what is possible with davinci! I am not to keen on a monthly budget, when ofcourse there are programs sucha s davinci that are just as powerful as the rest. However, most of youtube would have you believe that there is no replacement to after effects, which I suppose you are proving that that is not the case! Anyways, I guess I just wanted to say thanks and please keep up the great work!
Awesome comment to read Noah! Thank you. Yes, you do not need to pay a monthly subscription to create cool stuff 🙌 all the best to you in your creative journey and welcome aboard 👏
Hey Ryan great tutorial bro! Have you ever thought on opening a master class for fusion... I'd really love for you to be my teacher on it while I better my Skills🎉🔥
Hey Ryan, your tutorials are great, could you please make a video how reverse the animation?, in After Effect it is easy, but don't know how to do this in Davinci Resolve
I wonder if you could use this to make an animation of like, a fox leaping and set it as the displacement for a gradient background so that it almost looks like a ghost fox leaping on the background... I dunno how you'd turn an animation into a displacement though or if that idea would even work the way it does in my head lol.
Can you make a Wiggle preset for DaVinci? So we can add that wiggle effect to everything! I believe someone made a preset like that for the "Dream Text", but it only works with text, not images, text, etc. Thank you!
Hi Ryan! I love your videos and your way of explaining.👌I also have a RUclips channel, primarily focused on Davinci Resolve, and I'm looking for someone to help me create more content. Would you be interested in creating Davinci Resolve content on another channel?
I'm trying to do a displacement on a rectangle and have it animated so it looks like its just wiggling and its a little jagged but i dont want it to warp too much. i just want it to remain a rectangle but along the edges just ripple a little. how would i go about doing this? thank you!
I honestly lost the zeal to learn motion graphics. Been using AE scripts and plugins cuz they made life somewhat easier when i needed to some Mographs for quick turnaround times for client work but between the fun of having finally understood the Node workflow in Fusion, coupled with the way you teach, Its slowly rekindled my love for it so Thank you 🤍
Best Fusion channel on RUclips!
He certainly knows his stuff!!!! he's gonna grow SO BIG on here... I expect him to have about 4mil by next year this time!
@@GamerKittyEuphoric4 mil is a stretch 😂

I have learned more about Fusion in the last few days by watching your videos than I have in the last year. Thank you!
I am a coder and I came here to understand the displacement map
Nicely explained ☺
And I successfully implemented the the lens zoom in my code.
Your tutorials are great. They’re always about stuff that’s super useful but that I’ve not seen before ❤

It’s a game changer really. Gives you so much flexibility across the node tree 🙌

Such visually clear instructions! Keep up the good work

love your vids man, keep it up!
That was really good, especially the magnifying displacement.
Please make detailed videos each on these examples!
Fantastic tutorial as always, Ryan.
Thank you Razbari 🙌
I did not know about Instances, that’s extremely useful! Thanks

All that was left was to do the thumbnail example of the video and the beginning of the video too, that one is interesting!
I wonder if that can be done with displacement map also
Literally perfectly explained

Great tutorial as usuall! I am trying to make something similar to the "gallons per day" animation, could you maybe explain how you made that?😁
Great❤❤❤

I think I get your idea actually! Interesting, you should give it a try 😊
GooooodStuff!
Hi Ryan thanks for the great video on Displacement in Fusion. Can use it on Photos ?
You sure can! This technique will work on any image or video you bring into fusion 😊👍
I am thinking of trying your water look with a photo, but not to sure how to go about it.
brilliant!!
you're amazing

Sure, I’ll make it 👍 leave it with me
Great video! How do you create the number animation and the graph on 3:27?
Thank you! The graph is just a background with a mask around it 😊 the number animation I plan to show in a future video! Keep an eye out.
