Do the protein shakes really stay fresh after a few days? I might try that.
Put them in the freezer! Since I’m drinking them all the same week, I will put them right in the freezer right after making them. Keeps the ingredients fresh, locks the nutrients in, then the night before the day I drink one, I put it in the fridge. Thawed out by morning and perfect smoothie blend.
@@geoffreyrunsthat’s so smart! I put chia seeds in my smoothies and they absorb the liquid very fast so freezing is a very smart solution
