Commercial Honey is often diluted with high fructose corn syrup which is GMO and has a LOT of mercury. Bee keeper direct is the best way to go IMHO.
I have known a lot of bee keepers and have researched the allergy/pollen connection to correct my serious allergy and help others. Pollen works better than honey for allergies from my experiences.

I got stung by a bee 🐝 on my hand, I put oregano oil, aloe, and nothing helped until I put raw honey, when I woke up the next morning I had no pain and bee stinger came out with ease.

According to Yogic medicine heating honey or cooking with it turns it into poison to your body. Eating it cold does something different than stirring it into warm not hot water/tea. Only use a half teaspoon or slightly less than a teaspoon if ingesting it.

Don't directly heat. honey. If you're adding it to a hot beverage, let it cool a but. High heat destroys important nutrients & enzymes in honey.

Couldn’t saying it’ll make you sick just mean you’ll get a stomach ache like some reported who used it and got digestive discomfort the five percent who did rather than it meaning the sugar or whatever will hurt you health wise?

Does honey work for body adhesion? Someone I know was said to have that after Caesarian Surgery. It was discovered at the second CS that the former was having body adhesion. If honey helps, is it any honey, or does it have to be Manuka honey?
    Thank you.
