Plus she said living alone, so maybe her parents are there/whatever low budget construction workers can help.
She is AWESOME! WE had to clean and fix our first home...taught us to appreciate what we had and feel proud of what it turned out to be. We have a new build now but after 25 years together we deserved to spoil ourselves...11 years later now, still enjoying our new/old home...🙏✝️❤️

I'd love to see the 'After' video. Also, I saw no bathroom or kitchen. Most importantly, it was mentioned that the floor was too wet which means a leak somewhere, or flooding. There must be mold, too. My asthma is bothering me just thinking about it!
