Is this the same for a Yamaha Vmax200?? I need my motor to lift a little higher to get lower unit out of water while slipped... My mechanic who installed the motor said he had to set it lower to keep coming from hitting my deck.. but I've since raised the motor 2 holes and have a couple more inches clearance
I replaced a 2001 DF90 with a 2023 DF90 and it seems the motor doesn't tilt down as far. I was curious if there's a limit for the downward tilt that is preset by the installer and or factory? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi the trim on my Honda 45 is not working and i cant get a replacement part when i put it into reverse the engine kicks up if i strap it down will it get me out of trouble till i can afford a new engine
