Thanks for the showcase but i don't think the robot chicken does the comparison any justice. The 4p effect of the new set caps after a few normal attacks. But the chicken dies so quickly, it doesn't proc the full set I think.

@@wan_pisswtf. Its not the burning set, you need to change your BoL 3 times to get full buff, so if you already killing boss in 4 hits, you won't see much difference with Gladiator set cuz it gives you consistent buff all the time

Maybe do the test without a full team as we only want to see the artifact difference because with a full team the robot chicken dies too quickly
A way to make fragments set start with the 3 stacks to compare evenly with glad is doing E-Q-E on arlecchino at the start of the rotation so when you use your CA you will get BoL again and get the 3rd stack for your first normal attacks. only downside is that without ER you will not have panic burst button so remember that
everybody keep in mind that the new set buffs all dmg by 54% while carring all 3 stacks and gladiator only buffs NA DMg by 35% so glad does not buff the skill and Burst DMG, the robo chicken is also very squishy and since the 3 stacks take a while to build up and glad instantly has the bonus they finish in simular time because well... chickens dead in 3-4 hits... some of us may allready have a good glad set wich will also help a good ratio but in the end its up to you what you use she has so many good sets to eqquip, 4 piece crimson works with Vape and 4 piece Bolide works if you use her with Zhongli or other shielders. 4 piece lavawalker works if u coped in the crimson domain, Echoes also is a good pick if you have good ping to proq it, the only set i would avoid is shimenawa, even with shield... rifthounds will F you up. Whimsy is still the best set and rest as the top spot over glad by at least a 5-8% dmg increase if not more.
but im thinking if the buffing for all damage is worth it at all, since most of her damage comes from her NA anyways, and u generally wouldnt want to burst often unless only when needed... 🤔
@@junkoyaki5486 yeah basically is you are a veteran player with lots of glad pieces leftover and can make a good build then u dont have to farm the new one since 90% of her dmg comes from NA so glad will give you 35% dmg bonus consistently while with the new set you have to build up the 54% bonus so i think its not worth the time and effort if you have glad pieces laying around especially with shitty luck like me (i keep getting def and absolutely hate farming artifax)
@@Kkronoz42069 if you have her weapon than its even more of a difference cause it gives the same buff as her artifacts so you get diminishing returns.
Their difference is 19% dmg bonus which is an equivalent of 3-5 substat so if you have 35 substat Glad you need 30-32 substat Fragment set to get the same DPS at C0 (c2 the difference is bigger cuz at C0 your skill and burst deal such a low % in total DPS, you use your skill before any buff on top of the base dmg being super low and you don't use your burst in ideal scenario)
So yea, if you don't have any other artifact set you can grind the new set but even with just 2 piece (atk %/normal %/EM etc) you only have 7-9 substat difference in damage so if you have 40 substat 2 piece set that would be better than 30 substat 4 set of new artifact. Getting just the right main stat could take weeks if not months then getting 30 substat take 2-3 months depend on luck then 35 stat could take 3-6 months or more if you are unlucky and Arle is quite picky with main and substat, you only want crit and atk in mono pyro and add EM for vape while ER and any other stat is useless (pyro goblet>atk goblet in most cases but non benny team is close enough to not matter, even in benny team the difference in dmg only 2-4 substat)
My arle rocking 35 substat glad (40 if you count ER) and I'm happy, wasting months grinding in domain that only have one useful set for 1 character is just a huge nope (might change my mind after C2 on her rerun tho)

basically with glad your damage will be higher at the start but will go down due to your BoL being consumed. with Fragments your damage will be more consistent during the rotation because you will be consuming BoL but also gaining fragments stacks to keep up the damage.

I haven't seen any relic damage comparison that use +0 relics I mean it's easy to compare + relics than max one because the damage is lower so enemies dont die fast and also its easy to get a similar substats because you dont have to level it up.
Gladiator's 4pc effect works all the time while the new set required BOL to decrease/increase in order to take effect. The thing is like yes the new piece is the best but if you have better substats on gladiator set, it might not have much difference. For example having 200% cd on the new set and 230% on gladiator, that 30% cd on gladiator can already make up to have somewhat of an equal damage to the new set. I'm only saying this because I doubt people will have good substats on the new set because it's still new obviously. The choice is up to you
hey i already tested, it's 15% on mono pyro and 20% on vape team, both had very similar crit dmg and EM
I think gladiator works fine for the long run meanwhile the new artifacts limit the damage because of bond of life. Both are equally good
That's actually reverse. Her new set depends on BoL changes, so you need to obtain BoL and do 2 NA to get a +54% Damage bonus. In short fights that won't make much difference, but in long fights it will shine
I'll still use Gladiator on Arle, because there's a Neuvi artifact to fix so I'll always be in the Hunter domain.
That test isnt bad because that test show us one thing:

I use 4 pcs gladiator and she is top 3 strongest after fishl and nuev in my account
First hit glad was stronger second hit glad by a bit third attack the sig set was better. The set was building the passive stacks

as i understood it: fragment appeared to be a bit better but just a bit

New artifact is in consistant you need 3stack while glad always buff your Normal atk arlechino always NA

Лень писать на инглише, все равно кнопка перевода есть, так вот, я тестил её сам и проверял тесты в ютубе. Именно в этом видео, если сравнить 3 и 4 тычки (где работают уже все 3 стака фрагмента) без крита (там прост разница в несколько % у него) разница в уроне лишь 5,5% в пользу фрагмента. Вторая тычка всегда почти одинаковая у этих сетах при подобном прожиме ее кнопок. Ну а первая за гладиатором. У меня выходили примерно такие же % при расчетах и тестах. Так что думайте, фармить ли ради этих 5-8% урона, но помните, что фрагмент бустит весь урон, в то время как гладиатор только обычные атаки

literaly with gladiator im on 2300 atk 90 prob 240 crit (i use homa), have the same stats with her set will take time
I’m glad I’m not the only one who uses homa on her 😭 I wanna try to the white tassel on her but I’m struggling to get an r5 of that.

The new set is better. Most people doing these show cases have excellent glad pieces but if you have even half way decent pieces for the new set it does better.

i mean 240 crit dmg isnt something everyone can boast about. But without a crazy team mine does 100-140k (thats 80\160 gladiator c3+signature, talents 14\6\6)

Wrong, shimenawa requires you to use the elemental skill to get the damage buff, but if you don't have her c2 then you lose 5 seconds of the buff because you need to wait for the passive to charge while you do the normal rotation or else you won´t obtain BoL, you lose a lot of dps because of the skill cd

I think as long as you have her signature weapon it will be fine

Gla not the best. But easy to get
