Another brilliant & eye opening podcast. Oh Philly, I cried when you spoke about your mom not wanting you & all the trauma that came from that. I’m fast approaching my State Pension (!) & my brother is 8 years older, no other siblings. My mom was 35 when she had me. At around 9 or 10 I asked my mom why there was such a big gap between me & my brother & she said “You were a mistake”. I was shocked & upset by her words, though I didn’t show it as that sort of thing wasn’t tolerated in our house. I mean she could’ve said I was unexpected or unplanned, but no - I was a mistake. We already had a rather fractious relationship but that probably made things worse & I still remember it like it was yesterday so I guess that shows the impact it had on me & that I still carry it around decades later. So much of what I heard today rang true, coming from that “children should be seen & not heard” era! Thanks for introducing me to new people. Looking forward to your chat with Doc Malik - love him! You’re my two favourite podcasters!!

Oh lovely, I feel for you. It would be good to have a session of Matrix Reimprinting to adjust this memory. You can rewrite it but you can bring it to a better conclusion. Rafe could help you with this. He is a great practitioner. 💚

@@phillyjlay Thanks. I probably could do with some input! It’s amazing how things from the past can shape our health etc. I had no idea till recently, listening to Gabor Mate & others but I’m learning so much about so many things which wouldn’t have even entered my head pre 2020! Keep bringing the great guests ❤️
