Another really interesting podcast. I wondered if we can have a guide (or guardian angel) who is someone we know who’s passed. A few years ago I was devastated to discover my 1st/ex husband had died in a road accident. He was the absolute love of my life but we were young when we married & divorced after 5 years. It was a couple of years after the event when I found out he’d gone to the next place but I really felt he was beside me, helping me through my grief & guiding me towards things that helped me. It was as if the passage of time meant he was now able to help me after obviously helping his family with their dreadful loss. I still feel him there every day, which I find very comforting. I truly feel he is my guide but I don’t know if that’s different to what Susan talks about. Whatever it is, it’s a wonderful feeling and still helps me 14 years on.❤️

Is it on purpose it take 8 minutes to get to Barbara's part and then it just fast forwards over all her speaking after a couple of minutes? I'd love to have gotten the info but maybe this has been uploading using the wrong file? Kindest.
