Pugh's statement that we came out of water can be understood in two ways. All of life first evolved in water, and so we still cary water in us, specifically the mineral ratio of primeval seas. But also there is the argument of early humans as the swimming primate, since our bodies seem to designed for being in the water (e.g., nostrils turned downward). We are surprisingly good swimmers for supposed land animals. There is something about water. Like light, it's long been an object of worship. The longest continuously worshipped deity is Saraswati, originally a goddess of a river that no lonber exists. Saraswati is a creatrix, considered to be out of which all things take form. But she is also the goddess of art, music, and creativity in genreal, along with intellect, learning, literacy, and wisdom. I wonder if this speaks to ancient insight into quantum biology.
Costa coffee has the franchise rights for all NHS hospitals and it’s been shown that their products are the highest in sugar of any high street coffee chain. Sugar is high in deuterium which directly prohibits optimum healing 😢

Great stuff but lets not get into scare mongering Sara -- "bluetooth headphones.." "might was well put your head into a microwave oven"------ microwave ovens are about 800w, completely different to bluetooth headsets at about 5-40 mW [milliwatts]. Having said that, I always use a wire headset and never even have the phone next to my head. Are there any studies showing what happens when we use bluetooth headsets -- anything that - i'm thinking someone wearing a bluetooth headphone in 1 ear and some measurement device on the other side to measure

I just avoid all headsets apart from when filming podcasts! Never put the phone near my head!
