Interesting stuff again Gareth - How things have moved on since my day !! - all I did was run and go and work hard in a warehouse - only time I did any leg work - weights , raises etc was when I was recovering from an injury !! I now have arthritis in my right knee which affects my right foot placement. My right leg is the strongest by a long way and I have poor balance on my weaker left . Now I do not run much , I do indoor cycling and walk more and do leg exercises , leg weights etc now to try and get stronger and more balanced - not having much success as my arthritis flares up if I do too much - I hope to carry on running for a few more years yet and I now accepted than my competive days are over

Interesting watch. My left glute has been niggling for a while, it’s okay in training but hinders me slightly racing, think i might do some focused exercises on it with a few more reps on weaker side. Cheers

Some of the quieter roads, near to where I live, are a nightmare. The camber is severe and you almost feel as though one leg is shorter than the other. I try to run in the middle of the road when it's quiet or make sure I run back on the opposite side. Keep plugging away Gareth.

How many hops do you consider that you need to do before you start pushing on again?
