Try using butane lighter fluid. That stuff will magically make sticker residue disappear. Also use on anything that you might use so much, that hand oil gunk starts building up. I use it on my guitar fretboards to clean up dirty oil residue from heavy use. Doesn't damage wood or the lacquer finish at all. Good tip!!
I love the enthusiasm. Very awesome energy.
The fact it doesn’t destroy the material of the object that the glue is on is pretty incredible. I was thinking if it’s metal I’d just use finger nail pollish remover but that would eat up something that was plastic or rubber.
Extra advice for super stubborn goo: apply, let sit for a few minutes, wipe/rub. If goo remains: repeat application/ wipe cycle 3-5 times until goo is off. Just took me over one hour and a lot of elbow scrubbing work and a lot of Goo Gone applications to remove ?sap from the border of my screen storm door. More product over more time equals more success.
👍👍 my family has used goo gone for years and i can tell you it definitely works.
I noticed how it works it drys the adhesive up. It like absorbs the sticky adhesive drys it up and when you wipe it away the surface is clean.
“WHILE I DWELL ON MY BAD LIFE CHOICES” lmfaoooo
I am moving out of the house I grew up in and I am having to clean up my bedroom as well as the rest of the house for selling. My bedroom door was covered in stickers from my childhood and getting them off was a nightmare. I was trying everything. Then my sister gave me a bottle of Goo Gone and the stickers and their residue that had literally been there for decades just easily wiped away. It was brilliant. It’s a fantastic product. It certainly saved me a lot of time and work.
You need to try it on different surfaces. Stainless steel is one of the easiest since it is nonporous. Try it on wood, vinyl, cloth, etc.
It works on everything metal , wood , glass , plastic but be carful around painted surfaces and leather it’ll ruin that.
@@ryans413 u sound sleep asfk maybe u should add that u need a gallon to get rid of a little baby sticker
Goo gone is one of the worst products that straight lies in ur face
Some adhesive dissolver mar plastics and other surfaces via chemical reaction. To your point, it doesn’t react with steel. There’s a specifically labeled Goo Gone for plastics, and maybe it also won’t mar paint
Warning if you use Goo Gone to take a retail sticker off clear plastic/plexiglass: I used it on my new OXO food storage container. Not only did it not come off it made the whole outside look like it's frosted glass! Tried Peanut Butter later on. It's still permanently murky looking. Goo Gone + Clear New Storage Container = Dirty Old Looking Container
Thanks for the demo. I've got 3 window panes fully coated in industrial adhesive from a failed window film experiment! Pray for me.
Let me know how it goes!
Yo lo use para quitar las manchas de pegamento que dejaron al instalarme el piso vinílico y fue una maravilla. Lo recomiendo mucho lo mejor que casi sin esfuerzo limpie un área como de 20 mts² en menos de 1 hora
I just bought the bottle for removing adhesive and RV vinyl decals, but had to comment, only a few minutes to ponder bad life choices.. 😂
Did it work
@@TonyJack74 it did work. It took quite a bit of product and used in combination with the plastic razor blade decal remover I purchased at an auto parts store. Lots of elbow grease as well. Seems RV adhesive for the vinyl decals is much tougher than the vinyl decals themselves.
can goo gone remove dried super glue on screen?
@@johnanthonyremedio4496 did you ever try it? I have super glue on my phone screen😭
"While I dewll on my bad life choices." 😂😂😂😂
It was the “so annoying 🙄” for me. 😂. Thank you
Brake Kleen takes off old glue the best in my experience
Vegetable oil or mineral oil works as well.
Yea goo gone is definitely handy to have around the house. I used it on my bathtub to remove the sticker on the side.
Used it on my cars dash previous owner had a mount or something tracked down probably a dash came when I pulled the mount off the dash the adhesive made a mess used some Goo Gone cleaned it right up.
My biggest pet peeve with golf stores is stickers, thanks for the video.
Thanks for the demo!
does it work on glue that is hard from the '70s ? I need to remove some glue from a mirror from a camera made in the '70s
My wife put out a mouse goue trap and our robot vacuum ended up running over it and getting the glue on its wheels. I will see if goo gone can fix it
I just made a earth shattering discovery. YOU DONT NEED TO USE GOO GONE TO REMOVE A GOO GONE LABLE.
Absolutely love this stuff it’s so easy to remove adhesive
I have an adhesive that came off floor planks onto a wall. Do you think this would work on the wall as well?
It doesn't remove any residue of glue at all. What a waste of money.
Great video thank you. 😊
The stuff works so well that you don't need much for it to work. They should've put it in a bottle with a syringe applicator, that bottle will last you till you have grandkids and get passed down from generation to generation.
Can I use paper towel to wipe it off?
Question for anyone can this goo gone take out adhesive from floor tile like the stick on tiles you put in the floor can this goo gone take the adhesive off
I tried to use Goo Gone to remove a very old sticker on a window and it did NOT work. This product does NOT WORK for very OLD stickers that have been sitting for years.
Try WD-40
if you're using this on a black metal will it strip the color?
Will this work on epoxy?
Does it work on the wall adhesive?
good luck with your golf
Thanks, I'll need it!
Do it work on concrete??
I love goo gone!
Question:Does it work on car window stickers?
I bet it would get the sticky residue off
Yes. I've tried it.
What about use on radios and other items that have rubber coatingts?
Good question. I actually got it to do some repair on sticky buttons on my car. I’ll find out shortly
Peter von Panda how did it go with your car? Looking to do this on my bike fairings
Come on. 91% Alcohol! Periodt!
REALLY?!! I'm gonna try that she if it works.
Vegetable or mineral oil
lighter fluid will do the same thing...good video....
also try WD40
great video
Absolute garbage. Left an oily residue on my car that is worse than the bird crap I was trying to remove (which it didn't completely remove).
Great product that should come with any roll of duct tape. In a pinch, rub on a lemon or orange peel as their oils dissolve most glues safely. Peace
goo gone has never worked for me, NEVER>
What about the glue on floor tiles?
It works great (and is safe) on floor tiles.
does goo gone remove glue from concort floor
Concrete?
Hello idol nice content, thumps up for growing up together keep safe and stay connected

WD40 will do the same thing.
You’re funny, 👍
