In the service centre there are multiple levels of grievance addresal options .. biggest point is u can always change ur servics centre.. i agree with u that u dont hv to take bad service and not complain.. i never visit a seevice centre where they r not serious with their jobs .. i fully support ur view on this topic ... My wagonr vxi 2015 has squeaking sound from brakes from 1.5 year now. I gave to local workshop, they said they cleaned the brakes (around 9-10 months before). Also did 2 services at Company service center (last year and this year). All of them are telling me no issues with brakes. Then why are my brakes making so much squeaking sound? Those are really annoying.
