it might sound silly or surperfluous but i've been using cast sequence macros as frost. the first one is an opener IT, PS, UA+Gloves+ Blood Tap, Obliterate, pestilence. You can follow that up with Empowered rune weapon and get your triple obliterate, which I have a seperate follow up macro for the rest of the ideal opener. Also an aoe cast sequence opener macro of icy touch, plague strike, pestilence, howling blast, and blood boil. This really helps more than you would expect on trash. Openers are incredibly important and this will very likely get your diseases up and spread slightly faster than doing everything manually. Another is just a cast sequence of obliterate, obliterate, and pestilence. You can weave in frost strikes, blood strikes, and rime procs when needed. This is actually the most useful in my experience because it means you almost dont have to think about where you're at in your rotation. Your diseases won't fall off by spamming this one macro so long as pestilence doesn't miss and you make sure you're not spending death runes on obliterate. None of these are necessary but they do help a lot. The thing is frost has the rotation and it's not really all that dynamic so you actually can utilize cast sequences. Plus you still keep all of the base abilities on your bar so if you need to ditch out because of random mishaps like IT missing you can still finish your rotation correctly. Like i said, these sound superfluous but its not just about simplifying an already simple spec, it's about minimizing variation caused by human error. Cast sequences are a very powerful tool that should be utilized more often on appropriate classes and the sub blood frost spec is in my opinion the perfect candidate.
Macros can be extremely powerful but can also gate you/make you less flexible by their nature. That being said, I use a cast sequence macro for my UA/Tap if and they work for you then more power to you. As long as you aren't using a rotation helper add-on/weakaura (puke) anything is fair game imo
@@snowgoatclassic i think what you said doubley applies to rotation helpers. I don't use them but you ought to at least try cast sequences on a dummy sometime. They're not perfect and when aoeing aside from the opener I don't think they're viable. So you can't rely upon them 100% of the time. Sometimes you'll miss IT or pestilence, or PS gets dodged and you have to be ready to abandon the sequence and finish your rotation manually. So it's not quite autopilot or as constraining as rotation helpers if you limit their use to openers or keep them short like obliterate, obliterate, pestilence. IMO at least.

@@supersaiyanbino no that should not be a thing, try duplicating it and see if the dupe doesn't get deleted. that being said it might just be moving to your not-loaded weakauras and not actually disapearing depending on the load conditions
Tools > export > copy the string and paste it to a notepad or something. I have a vuhdo tutorial that covers specifically this towards the very last segment of the video. If it's not working it sounds like a bug tbh because it sounds like you're doing it correctly
The gcd haste from being in unholy presence isn't worth that much because we need runes to spend with those extra GCDs that we won't have, blood pres just gives more flat damage so it's better

If you're talking about the nameplate (plater, threatplates) only your debuffs will show. If you mean the unit frames (target frame, SUF) you can enable a setting in SUF to enlargen your buffs, so they will be bigger icons compared to others

It will only ever go off if you parry and you should basically never be parrying the boss so no, it's an extremely minor optimization that isn't necessary at all
as far as I know dominos doesn't have an export profile feature, if you know how to export it without going into the folder and copying the actual interface/WTF folders let me know and i'll add it to the google doc
