It had it’s own smooth animations, gimmick and design and doesn’t seem to bug at all it would’ve been a huge part of halo 2 toward the end of the campaign, especially in legendary. Also, CE fuelrods are crazy strong. And I don’t think you’d be able to damage (let alone kill in one swing) the juggernaut with swords in halo 2, but the CE mechanics usually go against that
The CE elites have been known for their combat efficiency. But mainly every weapon in CE has some ridiculous damage onto them. But that is what makes it really fun, love the CE elites.

Love the changes/fixes you made to the Halo 2 Flood Juggernaut, looks incredibly fun and fair to fight (the arms being destructible fits the themes of fighting the flood, too bad Bungie was too short on time and planned for the Juggernaut be a boss which when killed would make all flood forms around it inactive, which would be pretty boring compared to what you did with the Juggernaut).
In hindsight, it probably wasn't just time. As we haven't seen the Juggernaut appear in later games or even anything similar to it. They had a lot of stuff planned, and a lot of stuff was scrapped.
I love this section but I always laugh because I guess the covenant don't have radios. You'd think there would be frantic calls about a green tin man murdering everyone
