Hi Eleanor. Long time YTer here. It's $100 per previous calendar month. So if you made over $100 in June you will get paid that $100 in July. I hope that makes sense & I hope that helps.

No thank goodness! you do not need to maintain the 4,000 hours of watchtime every year. You just do it once!!

What's your cpm and stuff? I'm on track to only make probably around like 30 dollars in the first month lol
My cpm rate is 5.1%. No idea if that is normal or not.
@@EleanorJosefina Wow, I think that's a well above average. But I know it depends on the type of content and stuff of course, so maybe that's typical for your genre. I think my average is only about $2.80
@@EleanorJosefina Oh I just realized there was a miscommunication, my click through rate is the same as yours and I think around 5% is pretty typical. I was talking about the cpm though earlier, like the amount you're paid per 1k monetized views
Ohhh gotcha. So I have my playback based cpm is $5.65. Sorry I misunderstood!
i think you need almost 50000 views in order to make $100 a month. I recently monitized 2 days ago. we have almost same subs. let''s see how much could i make in 30 days

believe it or not . i have 10k watch hours and only 890 subscribers .
College is alot fun but the problem is the classes and assignments making it stressful. I have students that order papers from writerspad.solutions and enjoy college to the best.
