During the gender reveal, send up a balloon and attach to it a piece of paper with your top 5 names for that gender and your phone number. And whomever finds the balloon, will text back a name - which you must then choose.
My oldest daughter's name is Alicea (pronounced as you said) the hard thing with that is she ALWAYS has to correct people on the pronunciation. But when she tells people how to say it- they are always like- ooooh that's so pretty!! She usually goes by Allie- but I love that you have Alicea/Alicia
We have the same naming style!!! I LOVE the romantic mideveal, and names like Ophelia, Genevieve, and Juliet. We have SO many names in common on your baby list!
Might take into account the short and abbreviated versions that get attached to names and there nicknames as well, you have that lovely pregnant and happy glow.
Have you ever considered the name Forest since you like Woods? I went to school with a boy named that and it was so unique I never forgot. Thank you, for this video. I loved hearing all the cute and unique names.

I'm pregnant with my first child too, probably about week 5 🥰 I have a strong feeling that I'm having a boy, I had a dream of a small boy walking in front of me and then he turned around and said "mommy" to me. I picked him up and hugged him tightly, there was a white light and warmth surrounding us and I thought "Why did he say mommy to me? I don't have a child...." then I woke up and 2 days later I found out I'm pregnant after over a year of not getting pregnant and feeling hopeless. God is great.

I know an Esperanza here in Spain, she goes by Espe, pronounced with regular Spanish sounding Es, so "ehspeh". Don't know how to write it phonetically in English lol.

Since your Puertorriqueño how does Eleanor flow in the Spanish speaking community. My last name is a very Mexican last name and I feel Eleanor won’t go over well. 😩 Please tell me that Eleanor goes over well in you family! My in laws are very Mexican and I don’t want my child to be glared at for having an “American” sounding name.
Yes Eleanor is such a beautiful name. Well I would say it’s your kid so you can name it why you want! But you could always to Eleanora or or Eleanor and then have the baby’s nickname be Nora. Nora sounds more Hispanic than Eleanor, but again I would say name your child what you want!
