great job. one suggestion: carry around those plastic (or glass) bulb covers & put those on when a customer is missing them. Then just take them off at the end of your job. They're about $10.
Cold water machine really u look like u spend a lot of clothes safety equipment but then it looks like a Home Depot machine you won’t clean Chinnese grease with that
I’m not a fan of the drape style. It will still run along back wall. It’s not secured entirely. Can cause outlets behind equipment to short out. Try shims and tape

Been cleaning hoods for 20 years, and we clean the fire supression systom along with the pipes on each side.

hello i’m wanting to start this type of business in San diego. what do you suggest i will need? Hot water pressure washer? and i know in Los angeles the guy was charging 700 a duct this is where they do the cooking at

Great video! I’m also a fire exhaust technician myself for a solid 5 years now.
I was explaining to my wife why the floors were sticky in a restaurant she ate at. This takes me back to my wasted youth of being a late night Denny's waiter in Austin back in the 1990s. I remember telling customers, "hoods are being cleaned tonight, we're only able to serve salads, desserts and drinks..."
