The presenter talks a lot about the benefits of a 'standard build' truck in this application, well as Tatra ONLY build off road trucks designed specifically for countries with unpaved roads, I would have thought that tested with the right configuration nothing would be comparable. and as for the relevance of the Dakar Rally with the Iveco Trekker that is only in recent years when the ASO allowed competitors to use highly modified trucks with 1,000hp plus, before that Tatra and Kamaz were the kings and the original Tatra T813 6x6 service truck 'Bubcha' competed in about 20 Dakar rallies without major overhauls - beat that one. If axle number are relevant in The Netherlands then why not test the Tatra 10x10 tipper truck?
Volvo and scania doesnt have any 8x8. Volvo FMX have 6x6/8x6 and 10x6. I asked a volvo product manager in eskilstuna why they didnt have an FMX in 5 axle configuration and he sad that there was no request for them ^^ A year later they added the option of the FMX 10x6. I also wonder why they dont have an 8x8 but i forgot to ask him about that.

I never seen 8x8 Hino, Hino is rare in europe, exist only in few country. Hino 500 is popular here in SE Asia in medium duty class under 300hp. but Hino 700 series with more powerful engine is rare, in that class they prefer Fuso or European truck
