a SV hunter in our guild just got banned for botting 94% parses on mythic kills. lol came clean after the ban couldn't believe it. worst part is how he bragged every kill about how good of a parse it was.
they have rotation bots that advertise high parses. shit is ridiculous. how can you not learn a rotation.. lol
Why did he have to be a SV? Also, as a SV I'll just say it isn't hard to parse high as a SV. Your parse is a comparison against others playing your spec. There just aren't that many people playing SV. It is truly sad that we are competing against bots.

There's literally no punishment for queue sniping in order to win-trade in shuffle.
All you need to do is pause the queue for half an hour then you can deliberately queue into whoever you want to.
Proving grounds is the most popular queue pausing method, and healers don't even need to do that, they can just snipe with insta queues and decline if it doesn't hit.
It will stay like that until you lose rating for declining the queue. (like all other rated arena)

Sad thing is that above 1800, like lot of people use cheats to gain ratting, not just healers and when you run into a lobby that's full of them -60 blizz needs to fix this.
Been that way since SL's mayeb before but I didnt arena in BFA so (shrug).
At 1800 one would encounter scripting a ton when reacing that thresh hold or tier.
Definitely hurt the game.
That is just crazy. Why would you pay for a game, pay for a sub, and then pay a sub to a bot service that cost more than the sub price? I admit I pay for Raidbot to get faster sims but I heard the auto bot for interrupts and other mechanics is almost $30 a month.
No way can that be worth it. Who are you paying that for? Who made you feel so bad that you thought $30 a month would help your self-esteem.

I've encountered casters running a cancel cast bot for kicks. Makes it so it auto cancels their cast as soon as any kick aura even remotely goes off so that in the split miliseconds it takes for the game to register the kick landed it cancels the cast so they get precog instead. I've encountered it on 4 different toons now.

He has a bot playing the whole game almost He is just positioning and moving around. The bot does everything, rotation, healing all of it. Please report people like this.
Laywer Peonchop here and would like to defend the monk, Kambodian.
1) Who would even want this bot anyway? Best case scenario it saves you a few milliseconds on clicking a RoP, but what if the kill target isnt utilizing the Darkness? What if you could instead use the RoP for a disc dome or to interrupt an important cast. I don't think saving yourself the time is worth denying yourself the precision of an important, versatile, utility spell.
2) Kambodian is not observed botting kicks, which is a much more useful bot if you are going to go down that road.
3) The RoPs were not perfectly centered (albiet it was close)
4) He RoP'd his teammates darkness. Any bot sophisticated enough to read a combat log and use a spell in response to an action would also be able to decipher friend from foe.
5) Overlaps happen. How often people use utility moves simulatenously? The answer is very often. In solo shuffle, people overlap CC and defensives all the time. Sure the RoP and darkness were used in the same location, but that is because the DH wanted to maintain uptime on lock, and monk wanted to peel as his lock casted chaos bolts. Both moves made perfect sense.
6) Also, important note, the first RoP of the game occurred in the same round where the "suspicious" RoP occurred. The first RoP wasn't "sus" at all, as Pika explains.
The accusation then, is that Kambodian toggles his RoP bot in the middle of the first round of the solo shuffle, after whiffing the first one,. Then, he forgets to turn off the bot (that for some reason also targets friendly darknesses) in round 2, and then proceeds to toggle the bot off for the rest of the game.
This story does not add up.

Important to note that "carl" who pikaboo is talking to in this video is of course Absterge who also was defending Kambodian in the twitch chat.
Also, Pika has to put on a show, and hackusation content is entertaining and I get that.
For what it is worth, my CR on windwalker is between 2400-2500 on any given day and I this bot would be a hindrance more than it would be a help ESPECIALLY if it can't determine friend or foe.
If you have any pushback on the points I outlined other than "Pika is hella good at WoW" (which is a fair point) i'd be interested to hear them.

I met a DH who said he quit playing Arena because half the players in his rating are all playing DH and it got rather boring, so now he just plays Survival Hunter. Dunno if he PvPs with that character
To be fair in the second one he actually could have been RoPing the chaos bolt since the lock had precog and you were low, but the fact that it just happened as well prior makes it incredibly sus...

@@DechCJC Watch again, the RoP was directly over the darkness like in the previous examples. He never RoP the bolt, even if he did a human would wait till 50-80% of the cast. No reason to RoP it then and tbh no reason to do it all in that situation. If it was to "kick" the bolt, why not place if ontop of the warlock giving more knock backs and longer time of the lock not being able to cast? It's obvious tbh but i get what you were saying

What would you guys recommend for a new to rogue player - assa/out or sub? Had a boost and used it on a Rouge and went sub. I'm at 65 now but I feel like I'm doing very bad dmg compared to my other chars at this lvl. I've imported build and following rotations but still it doesn't feel right esp in pvp - if it's not against an even more undergeared cloth I don't do shit. Could it be from having bad weapons (the boosted gear) or just sub needs lots more to pop off?
Sub is the more difficult rogue spec, it's all about timing. Sub is also not very good sustained damage, it's much more burst orientated. Assa has better sustained pressure, I'd say it depends more on your playstyle. Rogue isn't an easy class to just pick up and play- it takes more practice. One thing you can do is practice stunlocking dummies. I use focus macros for all my ccs, and focus the healer. I reccomend using focus step, kidney, gouge, blind, cheap, sap.. it's a lot of binds but makes all the difference

Sin is the starter rogue edition spec. Sub is varsity. Both have their ups & downs, though in terms of full potential and higher skillcap, Subtlety is the move.

Man that monk ring of piece cheating BS is so common man... I play a disc priest.. and it happens quite often with dome... Its instant just like u saw here, avtually at the end of s3, i got mail from blizz saying thanks for reports of cheating, actions been taken, a few of those mails came my way. Another lil bot thing i see from monks is when i trinket, i get incapped by the monk. Its like my trinket keybind also activates their CC on me. Now coincidences happen.. but every fuckinggg time? Gtfoooo. Also the kickbots of course .. cheating is rampant right now.

Does a RoP bot not know when the darkness is your teams? Honestly could see this not being a bot if so, because the 1st one couldve just been random chance. But the second one, if bots cant detect that Darkness is their own teams, definitely seems sus af.

a lot of rudimentary bots dont have checks (in many games) that check ally or not, which is why sometimes the bots are also detrimental at times. It likely has a simple trigger that checks if darkness was cast, and checks if RoP can be cast, and if it can, it plops it down on top of darkness.
This is similar to having a weakaura setup, but not checking "own only" for a notification, if your trying to see how many stacks of something you have, it can track stacks of other peoples and give you a false positive. Its likely a cheap/quick bot, that only checks if it was cast and doesn't care if it was an ally, if your/their HP is low or any other factors... just says "it was cast, cast it"
higher end bots on any game (the ones that are harder to detect) have random delays built in, slightly random location placements, mouse movements and can check or detect whether it actually applies; such as ally or enemy, hp, casting, etc. Typically higher end bots that are more sophisticated also have a lot of user end tweaks you can make, ranges for delays and such and usually cost monthly or larger sums up front. They do get updated more frequently though; so they tend to be harder to catch.
(i took computer science and one of the things i was always interested in was botting and how it works, and how you can make them "intelligent" although i haven't used bots myself, i have used auto clickers for tedious tasks in games)

First one he predicted the darkness after the stun was over, dh doesn’t have many outs. The second one the rop was used to deny the chaos bolt. Bots can tell the difference between team mates dark and enemy dark obviously

It was a good rop, but the placement is weird, and it being placed directly on top of darkness twice is pretty unbelievable.

They fill different rolls and work with different teams.
@@Szhusma ya I play DK and a good death grip is a game changer if team acts on it, especially with a frost do and a dk tank so you can use two death grips like a long chain pulling a target far away from safety of heals and grips back to safety.

Can't be a bot, has to be coincidence. It was too fast for even the bot. Unless he wasn't using abilities so that he'd be off gcd when the darkness came out. Otherwise the bot would have to wait for the gcd to end to place the rop.

Pika was low and the Paladin got feared out of range. The ROP stopped the Lock's unkickable bolt and got all the pets off Pika. Maybe he's cheating, maybe he's not, but it was a good play to use it at that time.

Its likely an @cursor macro for fast RoPs
You don't have perfect placement with @cursor macros because you no longer see the outline of the spells effect. You would see it be off center if that was the case. Also, he RoP'd like 0.1 sec after dark. Dude was cheating for sure and there are vids of other monks doing the exact same thing.

the stop on Unending Resolve/Bolt I've done countless times. That's not a cheat.
@@koshka02 it's not stopping unending resolve. It's a bot script that places RoP over dark or a disc priests barrier instantly. It was not "pretty close", it was perfectly placed over his own teammates darkness which is why it was so blatent.
When the monk was on the other team, he RoP'd instantly over Pikas dark perfectly which is not natural. He was still attacking his target when the RoP was placed.
He was cheating and it was obvious.

as long as he has to press/spam a key (and only one move goes off per press) its not cheating per Blizz macro rules if its 100% auto and no key is physically pressed it would be cheating
