Devs really should’ve made this mode available natively
Yes 100%. Was playing around a bit with Elden Ring too yesterday, that doesn't have ultrawide support and is still locked at 60 fps. You can mod it but you must disable the anticheat and play offline. Same with this game you can mod it but the UI isn't right.
I will point these things out even though it may not be a popular topic lol.
Mods are great and modders do great work but the majority of people don't mess with mods for many reasons and supporting ultrawide, unlocked FPS and having FSR/DLSS/XeSS should be a standard for games released these days.
ALSO.
NO STUTTERS lol
Thx bro
NP Enjoy
Is it possible to mod in the preorder bonus items (Haraedo Bead and Gleam Grenade), if you got the game after release? Likewise, is it possible to mod in the bonus items granted by having an SMTV save on Switch, if you got it on Steam?
I dont think so.
Do you still get steam achievements after modding the game ?
Um am not sure tbh but will update when I know for sure. I haven't played since the modding
I got some time to play and Steam achievements do work. I just got one with the mod installed.
Good to know ! Thanks !
only works in 2560 and not 3440x1440? Followed instructions but shows black bars when in 3440x1440
You have the resolution set to 3440 x 1440 in the game settings menu? It should work. Worked for me and just checked it now again to make sure a game update didn't break anything. Works for me right now. Make sure you didn't accidentally drop the Project folder from the mod file in the Engine folder of the game or something.
@@TerraWare Thanks for the quick response. Everything is where it should be but only my entire screen is used in 2560. Checked the config ini too and still nothing. using version 9.1 since the earlier versions stopped my game from launching.
@@Bones_Ex Ok so I went back to the article page I have linked on my description and the zip file seems to have been updated. In the directions on the github page it says to copy and paste a command on your steam launch options. That wasn't a requirement with the version that was available when I made this video.
Did you try adding that. It sounds like its a requirement for this new version to work.
@@TerraWare So I went and downloaded the P3RFix and put that in project/binaries/win64 folder and that works also in case anyone else is having issues with this
