To all of us who have had surgeries, done weight loss programs, followed weight loss regiments lost the weight and then it came back...here is a word of encouragement. These were not failures these helped us in this journey so that we understand what we can't do when we get to goal and the medication will help. As Nelson Mandela said I never lose I either win or I learn. Let's all learn 😊😊😊

I really enjoyed this video. It was great to meet your guest and I look forward to exploring her channel. I wonder if anyone has had any stinging when there are only two injections left in the pin? I have experienced this. Other than that, I have not had any side effects on Ozempic. I am now 17 pounds down after five weeks. Keep up the good work Ang, I really love your videos. God bless

Hi Jackie!!! Thank you so much for watching and congratulations on your 17 pounds down!!!! Yayyy!!! When you're taking your injections, try sitting the Pen out about 30 minutes before you take it. This has helped some people with the removing the feeling of the sting.
So great ladies. I also had a pen leave some on skin. I called Lilly and also got email for a new box. (Mounjaro)
