I just titrated to 5mg after being on 2.5 for 12 weeks. The nausea is real with 5! Tried to cook eggs, nope had to throw them away. Tonight i had 1/4 of a hamburger with a bun, i feel terrible! Things i ate on 2.5 are not okay on 5. Having to learn it all over again. But my food noise and suppression are insanely gone. It's totally worth it! Your results are amazing! Thank you for taking the time and sharing your journey!!

Bathing suits are about proper fit. Peridot. I had a woman who, for years, dressed strippers and was exceedingly familiar with womens bodies. She did the pull and I always found one that was perfect for me. You need someone who can verify the fit. Once you do that, you are over the hump. Best wishes

I suffer with getting into the water also because I’m ashamed of my cottage cheese thighs.
I can certainly relate.
That happened to me last week and a broke out on the top of my right thigh and that never happened before I thought it was because I had rice cakes everything flavor and I threw away the rice cakes because I wasn’t gonna stop taking MJ medication. I still have a little signs of the bumps on my top on my thigh, but they don’t itch. Tomorrow I take 5 mg MJ. from 2.5. I gave myself an injection on the right side my stomach at the very top instead of the usual location so I don’t know if that was it or if it was the rice cakes, but I will never know about the rice because I will never eat those again, lol
I get them no matter what I eat. It isn't so bad, just itchy and I can handle that.
