Down 30 pounds in 6 weeks! I Love Zepbound! Wow, we had the same frame. I'm 5'2, started at 333 pounds. I'm now at 303. I can't wait until i reach 240!!!!!! I'm on the 5 mg, but those voices are coming back. I need to bump up.
Hi Ang and community, I love all of your content and the comments are so helpful and encouraging, I have been on Zepbound since April 17th, starting weight was 213 lbs, I had been on 2.5 mg for 2 1/2 months because my pharmacy didn’t have anything else and my Dr didn’t want me to be without, so finally this month I started on the 5.0, this will be my 2nd dose tomorrow, however I am only down as of Sunday July 6th , 12lbs, I am really not disappointed to much because at least it is coming down but I stalled at 205 fir like 5 weeks, I haven’t need doing much exercise due to a torn meniscus on my right knee, and I believe my body respond better to exercise for weight loss and I won’t nights so my sleeping is not good. I know it’s a slow process and as long as I am getting some progress I will be patient and enjoy the journey, but congrats to everyone who are loosing weight rapidly it’s great but for everyone with a stall hang in there! 😊

You're almost at Onederland!!!!! Just 5 more pounds and you'll be under 200!!!! Also, working nights can be hard. You need to get enough rest -- that will help your weight loss too. Keep us posted on your progress.

I've been hoping that Mark Cuban's company would get into the game because only having to pay 15% over cost would be a game changer for so many of us. My question is why are you running a faceless channel? Are you still getting engagement without showing up on camera? I think it's very interesting, please share more with me. Regarding being a slow responder. You at about 1.4 lbs per week so I think you're right on track. Some of the people in our community have only lost 3 lbs in 3 months. Just remember slow and steady wins the race! Keep me posted on your progress.

Ang! You are a lovely lady and I have enjoyed following your journey. I am a fairly new subscriber... in my 60's and on compounded terzepatide. I was on the mainland for 2 weeks and got home to Maui and lost 2 lbs. Usually happy if I only gain 3 when traveling. Win Win!

@TracesofTwaunsLife try shapermint, it is tolerable. It's not super tight, but it does smooth you out. I also like wearing the foxy cami from Torrid under my shirts. It's also smoothing. 😊
@@ZepboundJourneywithAng I am still trying to get this medication to work. I am in my 11th month (first 8 months on Wegovy; last three on Zepbound). I have lost about 25 pounds in that time. I know that’s something, but I have more to lose. I just finished up 7.5 mg and I started to notice a little appetite suppression with that dose, but I don’t think that is significant enough to lose. I joke that I must be getting placebo pens because I also have zero side effects, even at the highest dose of Wegovy. I have titrated up every four weeks, no matter which drug I was taking. It can be extremely frustrating when you are paying out of pocket. 8 months on Wegovy at $829/month. I am now paying $550 for Zepbound, so that’s a little better. I picked up 10 mg yesterday and will start it next week.
Hi Ang, I need some help. I just got approval and signed up for the savings card but it is still saying my cost is over $500 and not the $25 copay. Can you help me in what I need to do for the pharmacy to cover at the discount? I do have the savings card approval already but they are still saying the higher cost to me. Thanks for your advice and help. Asap if you can they only have one available at my pharmacy rn lol
Hey Lelota!!! I'm just seeing your comment. Sorry for the delay. Are you saying that your Insurance Company approved the medication? If so, what's your co-pay? The way I did it was this: 1) My insurance company approved me. 2) I signed up for the savings card from Eli Lilly. 3) I went to pay for my medication and they told me my co-pay was $100. 4) I asked them to apply the Eli Lilly savings card. 5) That brought my cost down to $24.99.

I travel for work and it always sabotages my weight loss. It gives me serious anxiety to do my job.
