Hi Tamsin, I hope you're starting to feel better xx ❣️❣️❣️❣️ Thankyou so much for sharing this video podcast. I love your experiments. I learn something new from them, I greatly appreciate what you do. Your Locks look amazing and so squishy, when you combed them out ( didn't know what words to use)😅😅 I love your Handspun Yarn, but the Over Dyeing was amazing as the colours looked so rich.🎉🎉🎉 Love the samples too, you always take into consideration that some people Knit and some people Crochet .🧶🧶 Happy Spinning and Dyeing Fibre Friend 🎡🎉🐑🥰 Take care, stay safe and well 💜 Lots of love, healing vibes and Huge hugs Jen xxxx ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏💜💜🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🐈⬛🐈⬛🫂🫂 I love what you said about the Chipmunks 🐵and your Cats.🐱🐱 You definitely would think they'd have more sense than to get into the Cat Cage.🐱🐱
I started with crochet so I know the frustration of people only doing knit samples. Things look very different in both crafts. And you wouldn't believe the number of animals who think it's okay to just run up to the predators lol. Be well my friend.
Hi Tamsin, I thought you must have started to Crochet first. There's not too many mistakes to make, and I think they're easier to fix. ✍️ Thank you so much for the Heart ❤ Sending Heart ❤ back to you 💗💞 Some animals are more stupid than others at taking risks with their lives.🙊😺 Happy Spinning Fibre Friend, you be well too.🎡🐑🌞👵
I use your "No fleece left behind" method for flicking open locks. I can't use a flicker the way it's intended without bleeding. 🤣 Love the finished yarn, the colours are so pretty! But I do so love purples and blues. 💜🩵 ❤ Tamantha
@@knitspingirlcreations I find flickers just to be a general pain though I still manage to bleed with my cards due to my lack of coordination lol. Glad you enjoy this method too!
Love this process of “upside down flicking”! I use it pretty regularly for heavier vm fleeces as I too find regular flicking strains my wrists. Beautiful yarn!
@@bffiberarts I’m in! I’m currently attempting to scour my way through last year and this year’s fleece stash… 11 fleeces! But then while each batch is drying I get distracted and just HAVE to sample spin up some right now…😊
“Just knock out” 😂… well there’s that … I was thinking more along not being intimidated or put off by the prep .. but ok I’ll go with just knock out 😆.
@@bffiberarts Well no 😂… after the intial shock ,,I really like knock out yarn I’m sticking with it . But skill tree has a new branch and thankyou ,you and Sadie set me off down this rabit hole and bloody love it and your humour. Change nothing.

That yarn is so beautiful! Just love the rich colours.
Thank you! That's why I love dyeing natural colors.
Love the end result. I’m a fan of tonal variation too. ❤
It's so pretty. I'm not a flat color person.
I kepted falling asleep during the entire video but I saw the end result and it's beautiful. I'm dealing with Cellulitis... AGAIN.
Oh man! That stuff sucks dead bears! Feel better soon. Sending healing vibes.
Lovely yarn, thanks for the pert plus tip too.
@@LisaMyEclecticLife I'm telling you, every speck of loose color is pulled right out. And it smells good.
from Gerry- I love how you carded that. It gets right to the wheel. Blessings.
That's why it's one of my favorite methods.

I find it works so much better than regular flicking in all ways. But boy some people get really upset when I use cards this way lol.
I do find that so strange… they’re your tools, you do you! Whatever, I’m Team Upside down Chaos! 😂😉
@@kenna8828 we should make a tour de fleece team and call it that! Epic!

That's my problem! I start scouring then I'm dyeing and spinning and nothing gets completed lol.
Sooo luscious looking!!!
Feeling too!
Results gorgeous .. And love the immediacy of the prep , gonna give that ago thanks for the demo.
It's a good way to just knock out some yarn without planning ahead lol.
“Just knock out” 😂… well there’s that … I was thinking more along not being intimidated or put off by the prep .. but ok I’ll go with just knock out 😆.
Lol. A relaxing way to make yarn without planning ahead. A good method to have in your skill tree for such occasions. .... better? 😆
