    I think it's a great setup up. I like that you've gone with the batteries only because they're a little quieter and that's a plus for some customers. I was impressed with your professionalism just by wearing your logo shirt while working. That shows pride in your company, and your customers will respect that. 👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

    Nice setup, I do lawns on the weekend for side hustle. I'm currently using an enclosed trailer with an EGO Zeroturn, trimmer, and blower setup that I tow with my F150 Lightning... doing an all electric theme setup... slogan is "whisper quiet lawncare". I run a pigtail into the bed of the truck and use the ProPower to charge the mower and such when needed. It supplies the outlets that are mounted in my trailer. I sometimes wish i went with a no trailer setup.. the trailer is annoying at times, especially in older neighborhoods with busy roads..

    I like the efficiency of a trailerless setup but there are to many times that I need a trailer for it to make sense. I run stihl 4-mix trimmers. There's no way the battery stuff can match my fs131. I am thinking about getting another 4-mix kombi with a power broom and a hedge trimmer head. I have a ryobi 40v hedge trimmer, chainsaw and blower. Electric blower works perfectly for me, it can do 4-5 driveways per battery, and I don't waste time starting or fueling.

    Do you prefer on your gas trimmers. 2 stroke or 4 stroke motors. I have a Honda 4 stroke trimmer. I find it so much easier. No mixing oil. The trimmer starts first time every time. Plus the sound isn’t as high pitched as the 2 stroke engine are, but it each to each person’s preference. Now I have my 4 stroke engine there is no going back for me.

    • @fillslawncareplus
      @fillslawncareplus  Год назад

      My Stihl's have what's called a "4-mix" engine. 4 strokes, but it's a 2 cycle motor, no oil. Yeah, I agree. The sound is much quieter with those honda 4 strokes.

    Great setup!
    I run a walk-behind setup right now, so I don't need a trailer. I'll be getting a storage unit this season to keep my truck box empty for cleanups, but once I pay off my student debt and the truck, I'll be getting a ramp-rack.
    I have a mid-rise box-cap right now that I've made into a pretty efficient setup. I just haven't figured out how to mount my blower or trimmer yet.

    Nice setup. I am in California and can’t use gas. I am going to start a couple days a week. Maybe with my son’s help if needed. I am debating which battery platform, Sthil, Ego, Toro, Echo, green works. Also considering Ryobi I love that they have a 30” battery Zero turn (battery’s run $900?. In CA Bay Area we have smaller yards predominantly and will probably mostly use a push mower. Do you think a self propelled mower will be good idea? Ego and green works also have affordable Zero turns.
