15:08 The most expensive cost in business is to get a customer / client (acquisition costs). Most people spend all that money, and then they start all over and try to get another client, and try to get another client. For someone who’s not just a customer, but an ongoing client, you don’t have to spend all the marketing dollars anymore. If you’ve met their needs, servicing them again is really valuable (and profitable).

Reminds me when I was working part-time at a Hiroshima Okonomiyaki place in Shinjuku Tokyo that struggled to get a lot of customers, so I went ahead and dined in the area and at nearby competitors and had him implement ideas that were working all around to constantly reel in new customers. His trouble was then getting them to come back since he was understaffed and couldn't handle having that much an influx! LOL
The last lesson was the greatest... Totally awesome!

Tony, Chet and the Tony Robbins team. Tony I have listened to your CD's Personal Power and the Edge I know you care, from what you have said. The time has now come for you and the team to be much more active in saving the planet. This is a critical point in our history and all the species of the planet rely on everybody taking action ( Massive action) . I would like you to play a more action based role and innovator to aid this. I think of the opportunity you have and your ability to tap into your business connections to start changing the mindset . Business that is only driven by sales, when you think how we take for granted the air and drinking water. How would be if we were breathing toxic air or drinking toxic water, sales would quickly become irrelevant. Money will be irrelevant if nothing is done, you can not bring back these species that are becoming extinct. Beautiful creatures. Beautiful planet. Our home, being destroyed by neglect and apathy. While I admire Films documentaries like Racing Extension available on Daily motion for highlighting problems. The focus should be on the throw away plastic culture we have, the pollution of air, water, and land .
Global warming should not be the prime goal, while C02 is an issue, while carbon dioxide/ carbon is a factor this should not be the main focus of saving the planet . Lethal Doses LD from other toxic substances are far more deadly to us. Example: Carbon monoxide has a much higher lethal dose than CO2 . A small amount carbon monoxide is lethal. Smog is more lethal. This should be the prime driver going to electric cars. Plastic is causing major issues in our oceans, and over population are huge factors.
We need to set goals on population and sustainability to achieve balance and Co2/Carbon levels will come down accordingly.
The goals I have set myself are 5 years The reduction of plastics (mainly single use plastics) . Returning to a re use model.
Pollution 10 year target the reduction of pollution . Petrol cars to be replaced with electric. Coals fires to electric etc
15 year target The reduction of the human population explosion Adopting a 1 child per person policy and balancing people to space ratio. Healthy standards.
These are my goals set for people and animals, plants for this planet. Every business should be part of this. Will you be ? Are you already?

Supplements, coaching subscriptions and consulting for the largest Fortune500 companies and disruptive companies like Salesforce how to sell better. Oh yeah and sports coaching (for people like Andre Agassi and Serena Willams) and crises coaching for politicians like Bill Clinton et al. Oh...and he has fed around 10 million people but I don't know if that has anything to do with charity and being able to influence people ;p
