I'm not JD but when I do flexishield roofs/hoods i use a diluted ceramic spray (70/30 water to ceramic spray) shot through a fine mister. I then wipe it down with a microfiber towel keeping away from deep recesses and edges. I then go back with 90% ISO alcohol and really make sure those recesses and edges have NO tack reducer on them. If you'd like you can pro-bond the edge as well to counteract the loss of adhesion but thats up to you
Great video, keep them comming
Epic video JD!
I watched a flexishield install video that suggested using a low tack solution during install -- did you use one? why or why not?

How did you approach the rear hatch/ license plate area? Did you do an inlay or one piece? I am struggling at the moment doing Plum. Thanks.
I inlayed the plate area to the body line. I did the trunk in two pieces as well
Is the front pumper two pieces?
8:33 how did you get such a perfect pre-cut vinyl for this trunk area?
I cut it in my house first. Traced the curve using a scrap piece and then cut the main piece
thats actually a really good idea. i thought you used a machine to get your cuts. thanks for the quick response! @@GdayFraz
