Luis Robert is another injury prone player that the M’s seem to be attracted to. The BJ’s and the Mets are still in hunt for the Wild Card so Pete Alonso, Vlad, and Bo are not available. Baseball Savant puts Vlad above the rest (Bo, Pete and Luis).

Not to mention Luis Roberts injury issues his strikeout percentage last year was at about 30% with a 5% walk rate. Do these so called experts have any idea the type of player they are begging the front office to trade for to a team thats biggest issue is strike outs and not getting on base. Be careful what you wish for. A lot of these talking heads on Seattle Sports don't know what the heck they are talking about.

I'd love to see them go after Jurickson Profar and get Paul Seawald back.

The Padres and Diamondbacks are in the Wild Card mix.

Always been a big fan of Sewald. Watching him right now getting a save against the Padres!

I wouldn’t want to give up Emerson for an oft injured player such as Robert’s.
For an 18 year old Emerson is pretty good. I wouldn’t give him up

i read vlad was playing 3rd base for the jays...if he can play a good 3rd then i would gladly trade..cilot emerson, cole young, and harry ford..maybe a pitcher like walter ford as well..vlad would be awesone to have here!

No thank you on Luis Robert. Last Year he had a 30% k rate and a 5% walk rate. Injured a lot. Understand that a of prospects don't work out but a lot do. Mariners starting rotation was built on internal players that were prospects in our system. What if in 2021 when we were trying to make the playoffs we traded our number 2 and our number 5 prospects for another bat that we surely felt would get us to the promised land. Well, we would have just traded Julio Rodriguez and George Kirby. Think about it.
