Me and my friends spent many many years in this home when the original owners owned it. We partied in that house for 20 years!!!! Now it's remodeled.... sad to see all of the memories get torn down. If those walls could talk!!!!!!! LOL

These houses don't come up for sale often. And it's usually one like this - in the most undesirable location with an unfortunate view. The house two doors down has a bay view. It happens - tight quarters. Nobody wants to sell. They even have to pimp the boat (not included). Still, I'll move in!

The position of this house looses a few million - just because it doesn't have main bay views - with the busy PCH bridge. But really anything on the Newpoart Bay water is a prized possession.
