I can appreciate what 23 million dollars can buy and I realize many people have varied tastes but the house is overwhelming to say the least---I am a believer that less is more and to live in such tremendous spaces for me is almost uncomfortable---No question this house is well done for the style and have no doubt it will sell

The one he sold to Steve Harvey is about 25-30,000 square feet and sold for $20 million (give or take). Plenty of mansions there with same square footage or bigger for way less money.
