There's hundreds of websites That sells stock video a lot of times they even film or have independent photographers take a lot of the stuff and they sell their work on these websites. It's not hard at all to find any of it
The problem that most people make, is "im only eating very low calories a day, but im not losing fat or weight." Some small things like butter, oils, salts, and processed ingredients in foods have hidden calories that probably make you go over your daily limit without you even realising. Always read the labels on foods, if you see words that youve never heard of before, its most likely processed. Another mistake people make is "im fasting why am i not losing weight?". My friend tried intermittent fasting fir a month, he ate two meals a day. What he didn't realise was in those two meals he was eating 2000-2500 calories when he thought he was eating 1500-1700. He cut the sugary foods, stayed hydrated and did cardio daily, and then he started losing weight every week. Watch out for the small things that can throw you off your tracks, good luck with your journeys everyone!
Wow simply just wow bro you are doing a wonderful work for all of us by making this video and telling about this 15 foods to reduce stubborn fat and keep it up and keep up the good work as always and take care Keep smiling always
thought the egg wrap was great till i saw it was 30 bucks for a 12 count at walmart. versus a 20 count of flour tortillas for 4. Healthy foods are keepin me broke
I don't think it's by mistake that the healthy foods are more expensive, either. Try making egg & spinach wraps at home. I follow LowCarbLove and she has a fantastic wrap recipe. Easy and makes several to store for a couple days. Have a Blessed Day!
Went to the grocery store today, and I gotta say: there's a good reason why Americans are so obese. PB2: $11.99 vs Skippy $3.99 Egglife egg white wraps: $7.99 vs Tortilla shells $3.49 Shirataka Noodles: $5.99 vs normal pasta: $0.99 Walden Farms dressing: $8.99 a small bottle vs Hidden Valley Ranch: $2.99 It's like, sure you can eat better, but who can afford to? It's literally over double the price of 'normal' food. This is such a huge issue. Wish there was a good solution.
you can eat healthy and be somewhat on the same price curve of unhealthy products but again it's the age old vegetables fruits etc... what costs money are the products that mimic unhealthy products making them healthier due to the products requiring more ingredients/more processes that take time which equates to money
Your health is worth it. Invest in your body and will reward you with low cholesterol numbers, low blood pressure numbers and so forth. Its a mind set and an investment. You will either pay at the grocery store or through medical bills and prescription medications. Choices.
Thank you so much!! I’m going to make my grocery list for the week replacing some things with the stuff you showed. I like the information you gave on the sugar free soda. I’m one of those who believe the replacement sweetener they use can make us sick. But, it does make sense that if we don’t drink a lot of it we should be ok. All of the information you gave us was very helpful. Keep up the good work. Blessings
I prefer spaghettit squash over those clear slimy noodles and zuccini is too watery. What are the thoughts on spaghetti squash as an alternatie. It has lots of fiber and is low calorie
Ok, first to get this out of the way, i'm a big fan. I've made a lot of progress over the years with your help. That being said, this video just seems like a commercial for a bunch of brands. I know that advertising is a stable income for you guys and i have nothing against it, but maybe throw in a solution/workaround for people, that live in places where those products are not readily available ? Maybe let us know the criteria which we need to asses if we live in a part of the world, where we can't get the advertised products ? Not bitching, just sharing some constructive criticism.
Love your advice, disagree with mushrooms, they are fungi, fungi are pathogens, which causes diseases. Thanks for sharing other advice, really has helped me understand this subject more, hopefully will be healthier.
a bit off topic for the video but im going to be getting some home gym equipment and was wondering if i could get some recommendations on a good adjustable workbench, i want one i can do things like the incline situps and bench press workouts, but also incline leg raise and incline presses and i dont want my bench being unstable while im doing things like that.
This video is wrong about non-nutritive sweeteners. It is NOT just shown to be harmful when consumed in unrealistically massive amounts. Even in regular amounts, it has been shown to have all of the same negative health effects as sugar, and though it may be useful in cutting calories in the short-term, studies have also shown that in the long run it does not lead to any reliable amount of sustained weight loss or help in keeping weight off. The ONLY safe and healthy way to consume sweeteners of ANY kind is in strictly limited amounts.
people's inability to stick to a diet is what leads to going off weight, the diet sodas act like regular sodas because it uses sugar alcohols (a sugar our body can't digest) it will still give the same signals to our brain when we consume it like normal sugar, it's just the digestive track can't make any use out of it. they are not for everyone due to it may heighten the ghrelin levels higher in some compared to others causing them to still feel unsatisfied. It is nowhere near harmful, if anything it is just below the level of regular soda
Diet soda is chemicals in a can. If you want fizz there are plenty of choices of carbonated waters to choose from that don’t have aspartame that can cause all kinds of health issues, including migraines.
I feel like zero calorie spray butters deserve a mention on these lists. Way easier to evenly "spread" on popcorn, bread, vegetables, etc and is zero calories and tastes just like butter.
Hey bro, I don't know if you read comments but I took your past tip of Healthy Ice Cream alternative to heart while on a body fat loss plan I am currently down from 206 LBS to soon to be 195 LBS and I still eat "healthy" ice cream nearly everyday while still doing the 5 day workout commitment and energy deficit gonna try the zuccini noodles next, thanks man
Just sticking with water is indeed better, but there's nothing wrong with drinking a diet soda every once in a while as long as you don't overdo it... Most weight gain comes from overdoing food, even if it were to be healthier food options.

I’ve tried all of these. You lie.
Ive followed this channel about a year ago and has helped me lose 50lbs now. Just wanted to thank you for all the helpful videos 🎉
Has the editor of this channel seen every movie and TV show ever? How do they find so much footage for eating and drinking.

@JamaalNoland you're a genius!
It is called "stupid stock videos".
Yes, they have.
I enjoy the passive advertisements you’re doing for all these companies

Same reason why i can only afford it every now and then instead of every single day, it's just way too expensive..
Yeah it’s not that we get tired fast of eating healthy it’s way too expensive

Zucchini pasta made me think of Opie & Anthony lmao
Opie & Anthony made me think of Patrice O'Neal 😢 🐐

Low carbohydrates for a month like 30 grams. 👍🏿

It's not about calories. Diet sodas are also thought to cause cancer.
Don't be fooled by that b******* read the studies. Dr Layne Norton has a great video on how that is absolutely not true
butter free popcorn, is that similar to theatre popcorn minus the butter?
Good bro
I tried shirataki noodles with a spicy low calorie sauce, it's amazing and filling.
Where did I find them at?
@@michelemarch2562 amazon
@@michelemarch2562 I looked them up on the Walmart website. THEY ARE NOT CHEAP! They're also not found in the store itself.
i love your content and chanell
Egg white egg life wraps life changer. Found them a few years ago. So are sugar-free popsicles. One just has to adapt.
I learned that ice cube trey with the plastic wrap tooth pick trick from Dexters Laboratory back in the day lol
Mashed cauliflower sounds interesting, definitely going to try it
It's delicious!
According to the thumbnail he fed his skin too by spilling the food so he got fat
I want to eat the 30 calorie dripping cheeseburger with american cheese on the right side. Where do I get that?

The Kyrie and Luka combination is scary to the whole league when they are both hot, if they build consistency it's gonna be crazy 🙆
That portobello mushroom cheeseburger looks so good! 😋
I perfer brown pasta or spaghetti or the colored pasta thanks just my 2 cents.
For me it would be enough to stop drinking alkohol.
As far as the diet soda I'll stick with my low sugar olipop
As a south Asian, These foods are unavailable to to find😢
💪🏻🔥🔥
I thought carbs don't make you fat only too much calories, I only eat whole food carbs I never eat the process crap stuff
The ultimate way to lose all fat and keep all muscle is to go carnivore and stay carnivore ❤
What about those who live in india
6.5 calories but 4 gram of carb how?
1 gm carb is 4 calories
4 gm carb should be 16 calories
Diet soda?? Nah nah man… just cut avoid those completely.

It's all about how you prepare them. Rinse thoroughly, pat them dry, and heat them in a dry pan until remaining moisture evaporates
@@tylerdinetz8729 I'll definitely try it, thank you 😁
@chrisshepard495 no problem. Plus, when they're completely dry, the noodles will hold onto sauce much better
I can see the effort thats been put into this video props, but boycott coke/Pepsi and fizzy drinks zero they are actually still very bad
I cannot believe ,that your are recommending all these fake foods 😢 .It is more healthy to keep a little belly !
Does he really recommend products with artificial sweeteners? ... don´t consume it.. your stomach will thank you.
Who would have the money to get cauliflower never mind a little handheld masher?
