African countries are charging to much tax because they have obligations to the lender which is the European or the foreign lenders that is the score card for foreign loans. That's why we depend on foreign aid we are poor and will be poor for generations to come 😢

Oh wow this guy is clearly delusional. The to biggest factors hindering africa development are policy and finance. When European colonization ended, after having divided the continent between themselves, they left the continent divided. Not only that, during the era of independence movemens in Africa, many of Africa's greatest freedom fighters were either assassinated or we're overthrown by rebels backed by European colonize in there persuit for natural resources. Afterall, Europeans didn't randomly select Africa for the sake of dominance or supremacy ideology. Europe was going through the industrial revolution and there for it needed natural resources. Previous to this, during the agricultural revolution, we we're the main commodity and were bought and sold as slaves to drive Europe's agricultural revolution. Many of Africa's kingdoms subjugated those caught in battle into slavery. Many of the African kingdoms traded with the so called European merchant ships including salves. Those same merchants brought the so called missionaries to spread the word of God and make them civilized. In actuality, these missionaries were spy's collecting Intel for Europe. After having received there Intel many of the kingdoms would be distroyed and it's inhabitants sold as salves to fuel Europe's agricultural revolution. Making Europe very wealthy and powerful to this day. It didn't stop there, after seeing there success with a continent. Now it wanted more europe wanted to control the whole world. How? By creating mega organizations each specifically responsible for different sectors to control. The UN(politics). The world bank and the international monetary fund(Economic development and banking).WTO (world trade organization) for trade, WHO (World Health organization) and it is exactly these very organization that Europe influence policy in Africa with the wealth it has accumulated since the agricultural revolution. This rape and robbery is what plagues the continent. We received our independence but we can't control our destiny. Because Africa is weak and poor and everybody wants to tell Africa what to do. These NGOs are there because we're poor and hungry. Poor my ass. Hungry ...yes. We are hungry for our the wealth and riches of our continent no matter how many Houdini's you distract us with. No matter how many of Africa's children you murder, rape and Rob. No amount of wealth you think have. No amount debt or poverty your Houdini NGO's shackle us with. No amount of knowledge or intellectual prowess you may think you may have amassed in the process of plundering and pillaging our continent and our dignity. One thing remains true, and speaks volumes of Africa and its people. No civilization has been as humiliated, raped, enslaved and robbed of wealth as we have. Yet remain welcoming even to those still committing grave violations against our civil liberties and aspirations as a people and a continent. For your greatest achievement was the division and distraction of Africa so that you can steal to feed Europe's children. Your in for a surprise and shock when your majic trick is realized and Africa tunes out because it is bored and angry with you. It barred patience for centuries for tou. It gave 400-500 years of chances to stop and respect her people. No amount of majic tricks will stop the cradle of civilization from its rightful place in history. Silence... Africa is listening to it's own tune and marches to own and inforce it's own naritive. Be it it's past or future.
