Chuck a can of BG244 through the fuel tank once it’s patched up. Probably the only fuel additive that you can actually see/feel the benefits from 👍 Might help with the emissions.
Nice to see you have the car back and running. Looks very nice, especially with the canvas. Like any Land Rover there will always be something it needs. Out of interest how bad were your emissions? I'm having the same issue with mine just now. Look forward to seeing what you have planned for the 90.
Thank you! To be honest the car was very smokey and the garage told us they took it to a “sympathetic” MOT specialist for land rovers that managed to get it pass!
@@archieandbensadventures Something I've been told recently is to not use E10 fuel. Use E5 as a minimum, or something like VPower/Tesco Momentum. Turns out old engines don't like the E10. I'm hoping my mot place will go easy tomorrow so I can finally get my car back.
@@archieandbensadventures Mine is a 25 year old Freelander (not quite as old as yours). I now have a full MOT on it as it passed this morning. I was very happy when the garage called and said it had passed.
So glad to see it up and running… FINALLY!!!!
Nice to see some clips from Guildford, lookin lovely
Thank you Jim!

If I know anything about Land Rovers (and Jeeps) if it’s not leaking fluid it’s because it’s all leaked out 🤣 good to see you lads back
